If I could give 0 stars then I happily would. Originally deposited at the beginning of September. Received a bonus and ended up completing wagering requirements. I ended up building my balance to £2,200 which I withdrew but have been waiting nearly 3 weeks with no update, just says processing. I have contacted customer support about 25 times but they are the most unhelpful people ever. Seen loads of other reviews saying funds have been confiscated which I am expecting the same for myself

Update from last review Mania ‘confiscated’ my winnings for some made up reason. I think they are not only taking deposits but also winnings off people. I’ve asked them to close my account. I win 700 quid and never got a penny of it. Hopefully this place will get closed down.
