Lasted 3 days. Is a cheap product you can buy from shein but your paying a lot more and not worth it. Also sent me the wrong colours!

Worse product ever. Took time to deliver. Arrived in a clear bag no instructin. Cheap Chinese products. Applied as instructed left nails danaged . Horrible gunky product. Site says 30 day money back guarantee I challenged them.. only one guy working for the company by the way. He refused point blank to refund as says I used product even though I used it once. I have to go to a salon to get it removed. Do not buy from them. Slammers. Inferior dipping powders with harsh chemicals that will ruin your nails and no care or customer service from them. I challenged they advise contact address and they gave a false address in usa. A colleague followed it up and they ate definitely not listed at that address. They are fake. Positive reviews are made up. Avoid at all cost

Waited weeks for it to come.

I made an order after seeing an advert on Instagram, I am still waiting weeks later. Despite several emails and messages I've heard nothing. Contacting trading standards

Scam company! The product started to chip off after 3 days, absolutely destroyed my nails, the activator bottle was half empty, this that was in plastic bag instead of a box was the smallest problem.
The customer service is a joke.
I gave one star as no star is not possible.

Learn from my mistake. I ordered the product which arrived in a plastic bag with no instructions. I tried to mail customer services but it wouldn’t even send! I did some digging & emailed manicistahelp gmail. I asked for a refund but was refused because the ‘kit’ I bought was at a lower price to make it more affordable. It didn’t say that on the site, it was on offer. Disgusting all round!

Does not look like the video. Cracks after two days. Burns your nails and skin. DO NOT BUY

Wish had read reviews better!! Appalling customer service. Wanted to return as unused and not even opened. I tried a friend's and decided not for me. Refused!! Leave well alone!!

Waste of time, no one ever replies to your emails. But they are happy to take your money. They didn't ever send the removal kit like they promise

Very happy with this product. I do not understand all the bad critics. Easy to apply, easy to take off and stays 7-10 days. The instructions could easily be find online and the fact that there is not always a box... it is just better for the planet. The 1st time won't be the best but after 2/3 times, I managed it and the results were really cute.

Save your money, rubbish product, poor finish and customer services unhelpful and refused a return/ refund. My nails felt horrible wearing the product so I removed after 3 days and it left a residue on my nails once removed despite purchasing the remover they sell for this product.

Standard good quality nail polish looks and lasts better then this products.

This company is an absolute scam. The product they sell, the powder gel polish does not last more than 5 days. It chips off and takes your nails with them. I purchased the removal kit, for £12.95 and they sent a unboxed plastic bag of “wipes” for the “kit”. To add insult to injury, they double charged me. They don’t respond to return requests, after some auto response where they say they can’t verify delivery date. Which is their problem, as they sent it without any tracking, the cheapest possible way. Now they’ve responded 15 days later, a day outside the statutory 14 day return window. Just avoid them at all costs and tell your friends too.

Requested a refund for unused Manicista kit and in April refund Anna confirmed that it was being processed.
It is now over a month later and they have not processed it and are just sending generic no refund possible as outside 14 days despite initial refund authority confirmed!
Reached out by facebook messenger to request refund and I now have it! 🤗

Terrible customer service emailed 3 times no answer, sent dipping kit but not removal kits won't use again and will advise anybody else not to use as the are thieves.

Zero again. This is my third review update. After 21 emails I have received one this morning stating that they are no longer the same supplier or Manager and do not have access to the old company records!
They have however responded on the same email thread with exactly the same format and language!
Well if they fail this time I'll publish all of the emails!

I ordered a kit but never received it it was delivered to the wrong address and area despite numerous attempts to contact them by email it won’t go through so I have no products and no refund don’t touch them

I ordered a dipping kit and removal kit and I received only dipping kit. I am keep sending emails and no response at all. After I done some more research there is so much products for same or even less expensive on the market maybe less advertised on social media though.

I want to return the set, as it’s poor and has ruined my nails.
Not to mention the items arrived half full.
I have emailed them 3 times and messaged them on their Facebook page with no response.
Their guaranteed money back if you’re not happy is clearly a lie and reading other reviews it’s clear this is how they operate. Please don’t use this brand, not only are the products bad, if you don’t get on with them they will not refund you. Very disappointing.
