Still trying to gdt my money back through Paypal. At the moment they claim the tracking details for the return are invalid even though they are and you can track it on Royal Mail.

Rispondono solo dopo l'ordine effettuato, poi spariscono.
Ordinato una maglia e un jeans.
Dopo 3 mesi è arrivata la maglia di pessima qualità.
Il jeans non è arrivato.
Costi €70 cadauno!!!!!!!
Un furto!!!!!!
La maglia non vale neanche €10!

Do not buy from this seller
Do not buy from this seller! They churn out cheaply made rubbish with a very high, unjustifiable mark up, reduce it to "sale" price, making it appear like a bargain. The pictures are far better than the flimsy, cheap rubbish you will receive. They ignored 2 of my emails; I raised a complaint through PayPal.
Eventually, they offered me a measly £8 partial refund on a £56 item that went straight back into its packaging the same day it arrived. Email promptly sent for a refund the same day. As it stands the "nearest" address they have offered for me to return the item to for a full refund is China!
Update, they did not reply to my request for a more local destination to return items to, paypal issued a full refund.

Ho ordinato un articolo, convinto dalla garanzia di soddisfatto al 100% o rimborsato e dalla protezione pay pal, che mi è stato spedito regolarmente. Aperto il pacco ho visto che era di una qualità pessima per materiali e confezionamento. Ho cercato invano di contattare il venditore per avere le istruzioni per il reso e non ho avuto alcuna risposta. Dopo vari solleciti ho intrapreso il reclamo con pay pal, dopo un'offerta di rimborso di 8 $ da parte del venditore da me rifiutata (a fronte di un prezzo pagato fi circa 75 $) ad ulteriori accertamenti pay pal mi respingeva il reclamo dichiarando che l'articolo non era fortemente non conforme all'annuncio e così sono rimasto fregato. Grazie Manlyone, grazie paypal.
