Really liked the idea behind this company however don’t waste your time, money or energy, simply too slow with poor communication and questionable conduct.

Ordered a MacBook on Monday 22/5 that was required for my son to start school the following Monday 29/5.

Website states goods are ready 4-12 hours for pickup orders, why they couldn’t despatch an order within the same time I’ll never know.

Reached out to Evan on Wednesday 24/5 and mentioned the urgency, requested upgrade to express post at my cost, was assured it would be sent that day.

Checked again first thing Thursday 25/5, still not sent, made several attempts to contact to no avail. I then requested a refund at 11:31am, Evan finally replies after 1pm that it’s too late since it’s been sent and he will send me the invoice for express post shortly.

Received the additional invoice at 2:14pm, tracking shows connote entered after my initial request and parcel was not collected until 4:53pm, item has not arrived in time.

I now need to pay more to send it back and chase up the refund that was already requested, suspect I’ll need to raise with Consumer Affairs/Fair Trading for a full refund, including postage.

Update - 14/6, still waiting for agreed “partial” refund, less Afterpay fees and postage - That I paid both ways, issue now escalated to Consumer Affairs and Afterpay.

Final update - Partial refund processed within 15 minutes of escalation..

There is a scratch on the screen, the computer has no Bluetooth drive and is not recognising all wifi networks so requires to be hardwired into the LAN port on a modem. Not been the best experience

It functions great and works like new, but the U key is sticky and it can make it difficult to type fast, delivery was also later than expected.

Great and easy to view website with high quality Macbooks and lop tops available to purchase. Their grading of the MacBook and laptop is accurate. I found the Macbookair I purchased was graded as excellent. And excellent it definitely is. No damage at all, for a second hand item, it looks brand new. Beautiful quality and very fast delivery. A very happy buyer and I would order from this company again.

Excellent service, excellent product. The item was packaged so well and I cannot thank you enough for that attention to protection of an essentially fragile item. After picking up the iMac, which was squeezed into the tray of the ute along with other supplies, we headed out on a 200km trip to home, the final leg being on an isolated, rugged dirt track. 10 kms from home the ute rolled - flipping twice. The vehicle was a total write off but thanks to the amazing packaging job the iMac was in perfect order!!

I like most people am skeptical when I buy 2nd hand tech but I was able to come and inspect the Macbook I wanted and because they were so helpful and made the process so easy I walked away with the product the same day. Been using it a week now and couldn't be happier with the product. It's exactly as described and I feel great helping out a business that recycles old products.
