Worst of worst, zero professionalism
Worst of worst. Please be aware they are not professionals at all. No matter what you order they simply send whatever they have and whatever they want. And when you complain about it they talk in very unprofessional manner and try to teach you how to write emails but no appologies or acceptance for their wrong delivery. thier reply to email is like worst. No hello tahnks or sorry for their behaviour. they are like illeterate ameture. In contrats they justify that and shows that they did a favour as per current market situation to deliver you some good. Instead of delivering the brand packet they just put loose product in ploythene and send. I never saw such a unprofessional illogical suppliers. Who thinks customer is fool who selected some products online. Instead they send different brands. They simply send frozen products in normal delivery which spoil entire product. If they dont have any product or unable to deliver correctly they did not cancel that item or ask customer what to do. They simply do as they wish. Super unprofessionals. Returning is very cumbersome, you have to take heavy package to nearby point and have to take print outs for label(no QR code). Save your self from this terrible company.
