Terible comunication! Took over a month to recieve and then did not fit right and feel uncomfortable.
Deceptive Marketing! PERIOD!

They sent me the wrong Shoe Size! Way too small with no marking on the inside of the shoe as to what size they are! Based out of China & claim to be an American Company out of GA!

0 Stars! This company sells poor quality shoes that do not come close to the size ordered and they do not do returns since the product is shipped individually from Hong Kong. I think it might actually be a criminal organization.

Never sent product, when I I asked to cancel order they agreed. Now they changed their mind. They are scammers!

This company is selling shoes, but they are not listening to the customer. they are also saying that it is real leather when in fact it is not, nor a wide measurement, when in fact it is very narrow. So when you want to return an item, you can't because they do not send it with a return slip nor a receipt. when you email them for one, they give you the run around, and it took two months to get package as it was because it was coming from outside the states. Customer service is a joke. So to say they got a one star review that they did not deserve, that was just for the one email they did send back.

I ordered shoes. They are poor quality and the wrong size. I keep being told by “Jack” a replacement pair are being sent but have not received them in over a month. Don’t get scammed like I did. STAY AWAY

Ok very bad experience from this Mantra site i purchased i watch hummer brand but dilevery staff given empty box same time informed and complaint many times but still not responding this is very rude all staff behaviour not given solution not taken seriously but i want my product

Ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses using a promotion. I wanted to swap one of the pairs for a different style as they didn’t suit my face shape, the customer service team were super helpful and responsive. Can’t fault the quality of the sunglasses, I’ve had lots of compliments on them already!

At last, I have found an authentic Indian restaurant. Service was friendly helpful, attentive but not invasive. The food was excellent from the starter, main course and desert. The sauces were flavorful; the meats were tender and juicy. The outside and location do not do justice to the quality within. I look forward to returning and trying some other dishes.

Don’t buy from this company, the product is fine, if you have no issues, their sales arm is super efficient but their customer services arm is non existent, no phone number just an email that no one responds to. I don’t know how they are allowed to operate with zero customer service

Bad experience.
My order was placed six weeks ago.
Order has not arrived.
Mantra is not able to ship another item, or refund.
I got two tracking numbers from them.
First is with with DHL and second with Canada Post that us not even visible in their system

Edit 01/05/25 : never delivered, no refund.

Absolutely horrendous experience with this company! Sent my return back to them since May, but never got a refund or even a decent reply from their customer service. Such a swindle.

I placed an order for a pair of €75 sunglasses which was marked as delivered however I never received the parcel. Weeks ago Mantra told me they would follow up on this. I have since sent 4/5 messages to their Instagram which they have read but just don’t respond to. Judging by other reviews this is a regular occurrence for this company. Would NOT recommend this company as they take your money and don’t deliver. Horrendous customer service!!!

Love an Irish brand

I have returned an item due to poor sizing. But customer service is terrible, no replies or help whatsoever. The courier tracking says it was delivered back to them 3 weeks ago already. Deeply disappointed!

I'm actually in shock at the bad reviews forthis company. I have five pairs of their boots & a pair of their sunglasses, & I think the quality of all the products I bought is insanely good. The boots are all so comfortable & the sunglasses are as a good as any high end brand I own, so please don't be put off by some of the reviews & give this fabulous Irish owed company a try. Well done Mantra, you're killing it. ❤️

I was really disappointed with the Nova boots ordered from this website. They were beautiful but honestly, I'm perplexed as to who they are designed to fit! I have a pretty narrow foot and ankle/calves but these were so tight, I actually couldn't bend my ankle to walk up a set of stairs in them! It's a shame as I love the look! I really wouldn't recommend purchasing that particular pair.

If I could have give zero stars I would. I ordered a top from this company back in October and the tracking still says it’s out for delivery. I have tried several times to contact Mantrate and they just refer you back to the tracking company and so the circle keeps going.. This company is a scam - do not order anything from them!!!!!

After hearing online influencers raving about these boots being made of "buttery soft leather" I decided to buy a pair. They literally shredded my feet. They are without doubt the most uncomfortable boots I have ever worn. I didn't bother to contact their customer services after reading reviews on here. My advice would be to buy comfortable leather boots elsewhere. I should have realised Influencers are paid to advertise and in this case to tell blatant lies. Save your money!
