Estafadores. Ofrecen ese software medio pelo que no termina de resolver nada y lo que tiene. es un marketing tremendo encima. De paso no tienen ni una persona de atención al cliente, son todos bots. Hice la prueba, te dicen que te dan el reembolso antes de los 30 dias y es todo mentira. 0 Recomendado. Perdí 358 dólares por intentar trabajar con ellos.

My experience using ManyChat has been…

My experience using ManyChat has been really positive overall, especially once I got past the initial learning curve. At first, the platform felt a little overwhelming because there are a lot of features and the flow builder takes some time to understand. It wasn’t immediately intuitive how everything connected, especially when setting up conditions and automations.
However, once I spent some time exploring and watching a few tutorials, it started to click. One of the most valuable things I noticed is how much time it saves. Instead of manually responding to every message or comment, I can set up automated responses that instantly send the right information to people. This is especially helpful when managing a lot of engagement at once.
I also really like how customizable it is. You can create different paths depending on what someone clicks or says, which makes the interaction feel more personalized rather than just a generic response. It feels less like a bot and more like a guided conversation.
If I had to point out a downside, it would be that building more advanced flows can still be a bit confusing, and it takes practice to feel confident using all the features. But overall, I think the value it provides outweighs the difficulty of learning it.
In general, my experience with ManyChat has shown me how powerful automation can be for turning social media engagement into something more meaningful and actionable.

SCAM- Don’t link with Social media

SCAM! Seeing the stupid Youtube ad I installed and linked it with my Insta account for automating my DMs reply. And my reach stopped suddenly for all the reels since I installed this app. I had an older reels crossing 600k and reach/views stopped on that too.
Please refrain from linking it with your social media accounts

I didn't even know who Manychat is until I received a fraudulent charge for $95. After calling my bank to report charges, I googled them & apparently they are a legit company. Now my question is how did they get my card# & why did they charge me.

The most embarrassing customer…

The most embarrassing customer experience I’ve had in a long time.

I was billed on an increasing number of contacts instead of actively interacted ones, which contradicts their pricing.

Their generic automated support responses were unhelpful and blamed me for misunderstanding the terms, despite the clear difference between my usage and the public pricing.

I strongly advise anyone to avoid their service. There are many much cheaper and reliable alternatives that don’t resort to fraudulent and unclear pricing models.

They couldn’t solve my problem in…

They couldn’t solve my problem in October, and didn’t notice me for any updates. They kept charging me $25 for 5 months and refused to refund me. They can literally see I didn’t even use their platform for months ( didn’t even open it) and still said they can’t refund me. Such a shame.

Terrible support

I am writing this to formally register my deep dissatisfaction with ManyChat’s services and what I can only describe as non-existent technical support.

For the past three days, I have been unable to send urgent messages to my clients, causing significant disruption to my business operations. Despite marking my request as "Urgent," the experience has been a cycle of incompetence:

Ineffective AI Bot: I was forced to answer dozens of repetitive questions that led to absolutely no resolution.

Evasive Human Support: The operators provide canned, standardized responses. I have been repeatedly asked for screenshots that had already been provided, proving that the agents are not even reviewing the history of the ticket.

Absurd Explanations: In the latest response, I was told that the reason I cannot send messages is because I am—astonishingly—sending messages. This level of technical "reasoning" is unacceptable and insulting to a paying customer.

There has been zero effort to understand the specific nature of my problem or to provide a personalized, effective solution. Instead, I am met with a lack of empathy and a total disregard for the urgency of my situation.

I am documenting this experience not only as a demand for an immediate and real solution but also as a warning to other businesses about the risks of relying on a platform that leaves its users stranded when they need help the most.

I expect a human response from someone capable of actually solving this issue immediately.

Tried to upgrade to pro from essential
But the card didn’t go through. Then bam it went back to free when I still have 10months left on my essential membership. I contacted support and they are telling me that it was done automatically due to insufficient balance. When I know but this should have put me back in essential not free. Been so long with customer service and nothing has been done, really more of a scam £160 down the drain basically not useable. Customer service non existent they’re not even replying anymore.

SCAM, IF YOU SUBSCRIBE YOU CAN'T CANCEL !!!!!

ManyChat rende praticamente impossibile cancellare l'abbonamento e rimuovere il metodo di pagamento. Ho un piano scaduto ("Expired"), ho inviato richiesta di cancellazione, eppure continuano a tentare di addebitare la mia carta senza il mio consenso.

Non esiste un modo chiaro per scollegare la carta di credito dalla piattaforma. Il pannello mostra il piano come scaduto, ma il sistema continua a processare tentativi di pagamento. Questo è inaccettabile e rasenta la pratica commerciale scorretta.

Ho contatti oltre il limite (29/25), automazioni bloccate, servizio di fatto inutilizzabile — eppure vogliono ancora i miei soldi. Nessun supporto reale, solo messaggi automatici.

Sconsiglio vivamente ManyChat a chiunque. Quando un cliente vuole andarsene, deve poterlo fare senza dover combattere. Questa è una dark pattern da manuale.

It continues to charge two months after canceling the membership.

It looks like a legitimate company, but it's not. I canceled my membership, and they still charged me without warning. They charge you even after you cancel, and the email says, "This is your last invoice." But the worst part is that they continued charging me the following month.
Scammers, beware! There are better companies out there. Don't waste your money and time.

Edit: Support solved my problem. They said that their refund policy doesn't normally apply in my case, but they said they would "make an exception".

WORST CUSTOMER EXPIERENCE WITh MANYCHAT

Okay, so I linked my Insta hoping to use their automated welcome messages, but it's been a total nightmare.

First off, the automation never worked right, even though I know my way around Meta APIs and Instagram APIs and permisions..

Because it didn't work, I lost a bunch of potential buyers I couldn't respond to.

And their support team? Forget about it! Took them like 3-4 days to reply by email. Seriously, they need to get their support department together and offer live support with real agents, and maybe use some AI tools like Intercom.

Now my trial's over, the automation never worked, and they're trying to charge me $150!

It's a bummer to see such a bad customer experience, especially since I've been in this industry for over 7 years.
