Driver left us off in the wrong location on the way to the concert and told us that was the location for the return. It was not. By the time we realised this we were behind all the people leaving. What was a 10 minute walk became 30 minutes
The busses are paked too far away from the venue. Considering there are other busses parked much closer, I'll be getting them next time.

Easy to book the tickets, well thought out queuing-systems for boarding the buses both to and especially from the venue. Everything went really smoothly. Just a really good experience.

Got us in and out of Marlay for Green Day. Quick, easy and decent value.

Previously made mistake of not having a plan to get back to town from Marlay Park. Booked Marathon for the shuttle bus for Pearl Jam, and having everything sorted just made the entire experience better!

Always excellent festival service with Marathon. I've used them several times over the years and never a bother. Staff are great and buses always on time. Would be nice to see some newer buses but I guess the festival crowd is not a priority for comfort and luxury ;) Oh and would you please relax the no drinks no food rule just a bit? Beyond the Pale bus took 2 hours because of traffic and we were there with all our water and snacks in the cargo hold cause we were not allowed to bring anything on board. Got there parched and famished. I understand no alcohol but soft drinks and crisps? Please!

Great bus service and a sound driver, top class

The service has improved since last used 12 months ago but the wait time and Queue after leaving the venue was 30 mins+ for a journey that takes 20 mins to walk.

Used their services to go to Pearl Jam recently. Great service, easy to find the stand and dropped us right to the location. Very friendly staff too. Will definitely use again and would recommend them to others.

I have used Marathon before and they are always v good as they were this time. I would highly reccomend anyone using them for a gig in the future

Great service from Green Day. So friendly and organised always nice to see. Well done.

They were great and organised and very very helpful, especially the bus drivers.

We were going to see Green Day in Marlay Park. My husband has MS so gets fatigued easily plus we had our 13 and 14 year old sons. We were able to get on a waiting coach at the time we had booked, and when we were ready to leave the venue there was a row of coaches waiting. Can't fault the service, stewards were friendly. Will definitely use again

Didn’t drop us off at the right location. Last stop was meant to be north wall quays bjt they dropped us off at o Connell street. Loads of parents waiting for kids at the final location and there kids being 20 minutes away at 12am in the night. disgraceful. Wouldn’t book again.

We used the Marathon buses today from Blanchardstown village to get to Flavours of Fingal at Newbridge Farm.
First of all, the positives: it's great to have a bus organized from D15 to such event (especially for those without a car) as it would have taken much longer with the usual Dublin Bus
connections. Also, the bus was there on time before departure time and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Two things: it would have been more convenient to have the bus at a more central location such as the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre by Draoicht, in my opinion.
What was not so good: on the way back, the bus was meant to leave Newbridge at 6PM but only left more than 25 min later as the Bus company wanted to wait for the apparently 8 people who hadn't shown up yet and were on the bus from Blanch in the morning...We waited and waited for nothing as they never turned up...I told a staff member who was waiting for those people and she apologized to me...
I am sure these passengers had made other arrangements...and why did everyone else have to wait for them when it says on the website that the bus leaves at the exact time it's supposed to leave? We are not children on a school tour and shouldn't have to wait for those who can't be there at the agreed time...That was not so good to wait for nearly half an hour for nothing.... As a result, we missed our bus connection...

Arrived at Dundrum to get the bus to Marley park. No directions where to go or how to find the stand. We are not from Dublin , asked a few people but they could not help. by the time we found the stand the bus had left . Waste of money had to get taxi and pay for parking in Dundrum never will use this company again . Also ticket would not load on our account , followed up with a phone call still no help.

I got a marathon coach back from a concert at Malahide Castle and driver dropped us nearly down as far as 3Arena and not on George’s Quay as advertised Took about an extra 25 mins to walk to O Connell Bridge. Extremely bad service. I even asked when got on if he would be stopping at George’s Quay and he said yes.

I got the Pearl Jam bus service and it was great! Easy to find and very convenient, a great service. Highly recommend!!

We were dropped on Grange rd on the way to the gig which was very handy, and all we knew was the pick up point was going to be the same place. Once we were out there was no sign or indication, no sight of any bus on the road, nobody seemed to know about Marathon buses, so we walked up and down the road for about 40 min, we were sent in opposite directions by a garda and later a steward, came across a group of people also in the same situation saying they were mislead as well.. complete confusion and frustration! we ended up taking a taxi and spent another 40 Euro, a complete disappointment.
