My mother passed away and we were selling the family home of 50+ years. Anyone who has done this knows of the emotions that come with it.
However from the moment I rang into MARC FEGAN BESPOKE ESTATE AGENT and explained my circumstances and wanting a 2nd agent to come on-board, Claire handled this with an understanding and empathy that other Estate Agents just don't have.
An appointment was made to meet Marc at mum's home. Marc was very professional and well prepared in comparison to the other agent we were with. I was so impressed with MARC FEGAN that day, I decided to drop the other Estate Agent that we were with for 11 weeks with little feedback only a few viewings and no offers.

Initially Marc came to give a valuation for one property and by the time he left he was booked for a valuation for a second property! Very honest and personable and knows the local area and people well. Both sales went through seamlessly, no doubt due to Marc and Claire's work behind the scenes. Marc would answer a text at daft times and even helped advise us with the purchase of our new home with a different agent. Claire was always there for advice and a chat and was lovely to meet her in person on completion day. 100% recommended.

I had worked with Marc before on a letting agreement and was well aware of his high level of professionalism and excellent customer service, so it was an easy choice to appoint Marc as my sales agent. Marc's passion for getting the right person for the right sale led to the house being sold within 3 working days of going to market. There were some bumps along the road during completion, however Marc was driving this forward at both sides and we eventually got the breakthrough we needed, thanks to Marc's hard work, dedication and positive attitude. Would highly recommend to anyone considering selling a house or letting a property.

I found my experience to be very good indeed. I was promptly called to set up a time to view the house I was interested in and was even able to go back a second time. Any queries and questions I had were promptly taken care of and accommodated and both Claire and Marc were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, putting me at ease with it being my first time purchase. I found them to be very efficient, honest and trustworthy and really valued that aspect. I felt they were genuinely happy for me, having found my first home which made it even nicer.
