I bought a bike off Marcus bikes. Not only is it in excellent condition they were also so helpful making sure I understood how to maintain the bike. I've not had tubeless tires before so they explained how punctures work with them. They put on new bottle cages for me, added clip in pedals and a saddle bag. The bike looks brand new and I can ride it knowing it's been serviced and has a warranty. The guys in there are very welcoming and helpful.

I was looking for a Brompton P Line so when one appeared on FB marketplace I was initially a little scam wary. However, after checking the website and speaking to Marcus himself I felt rest assured that this was all genuine and above aboard. Anyway I got a deposit down and rest is history. Bike is exactly as described, I also paid to have the advance rear roller frame added which is all good. Saved a good chunk off new and very happy with the price and communication from Marcus. From my first contact with them to taking home my bike, Marcus and his team were superb.
Excellent communication, quick to deal with my queries, and I'm now the owner of a fabulous well serviced 2nd hand Brompton (with warranty) through the cycle2work scheme.
I found the hardest part of the transaction was understanding how the cycle2work scheme actually worked and Marcus was so helpful in making that a straightforward process too.
Deposit paid, and then when my cycle2work voucher came through, this was returned within minutes.

All in all an absolutely superb company that I will definitely use again in the future, and that I have no hesitation in recommending.
