I wanted to give a big thanks to Katherina, the customer support lady that was super helpful and proactive throughout the entire process. My order got delayed because of some tracking errors and she communicated it with me and found a quick solution directly with the Relay on my behalf. The order arrived safely 2 days later and the products were exactly as expected. 5 star customer service!

Pink princess vibes!! The chemise has amazing shape and structure, hugs in all the right places and the robe with the ruffled cuffs is the detail that makes the whole thing feel so cute.

Purchased a white lace lingerie set and a few accessories for my honeymoon. Quality is good. Made me feel beautiful on a special night. Will be ordering more from this shop!

Ordered 2 babydolls, one in an XL and one in an L. The sizing was way off, there was hardly any difference between the two garments, the cups were tiny in both.

The material is so cheap feeling compared to an other brands, even though the website makes the product look high end.

Additionally you have to pay for international shipping if you want to return an item, Or you’re given the option of a partial refund, which is presented in such a way to make you feel pressured to take it, here is a excerpt from the email exchange I’ve had with customer services when trying to arrange my return:

“Thanks for confirming, and sorry the cups came up too small on both. Here's what I can do for the babydolls:

1. Send them back to our international warehouse for a full refund of £69.80. Return postage would be at your cost, and the refund would land within 7 working days of them arriving and being inspected, depending on your bank.

2. Or keep them and take a 30% partial refund of £20.94 - most customers prefer this to avoid the hassle of an international return. I'd also send over a £10 voucher off your next order.”

it doesn’t provide this information about returns anywhere on the website, and it’s left a really bad taste in my mouth like I’ve been scammed.

I would avoid and wouldn’t recommend getting anything else from Marelia.

The Marelia website gives a very luxury impression. Products on the website look beautiful. I was so excited to receive my order. I was so disappointed when it arrived. The chemise I received was cheap material, shoddy design, sizing also very off. It was temu/shein equivalent with a more expensive price tag. Didn't realise these products were being cheaply made and sent from China, there website details are all UK based. I feel thats very misleading, please dont waste your money. They expect you to send it back to china tracked paid with your own money, even though their products are not as advertised. Please be extra cautious if youre thinking about buying from Marelia.

My husband literally stopped in his tracks when he saw me in this. The lace details on the corset are stunning and it's actually comfortable enough to wear all night (unlike some other brands I won't name). The garter clips feel solid too, not flimsy at all.

Not normally my area but the wife mentioned Marelia so I took the hint. Ordered the teal set, arrived quickly, she loved it. Don't usually write reviews but she was over the moon so figured I would. Returning customer (at her request).

Just an expensive version of Shein. Items had Marelia and Shein labels in them. The quality of the products is poor and they feel cheap and low quality. Don’t waste your money.

Gorgeous set, really pleased with the fit. only reason I'm not giving 5 is because after one hand
wash the lace on the thong got a slight snag. could be my fault but it seems delicate. will use a mesh bag next time. Still planning to order the matching bodysuit soon.

J’ai commandé un body qui coûte quand même 35€. J’ai reçu un morceau de dentelle informe, avec des fils qui pendent car les coutures n’ont pas été arrêtées. Un couture qui se découd. Le modèle ne ressemble absolument pas à ce que j’ai commandé il manque des détails de tissus à l’avant et ds le dos. J’ai des photos à l’appui si nécessaire. Je suis très déçue et écœurée. Cet article ne vaut même pas 5€.

I've bought from agent provocateur and honey birdette and honestly the quality on this Marelia set is comparable at half the price. The only thing AP does better is the boning but for regular wear this is perfect. Already planning to buy 3 more before they sell out of my size

Color is a bit more pink than the photos show, more blush, less dusty. still pretty but heads up if you're picky on shades

ok so i was skeptical because i have a larger bust (34DD) and thought the cups would be too small but i sized up to L and it actually works. Bra is supportive, not just decorative. Wore it for 6 hours to a dinner and was actually comfortable. Hip straps on the suspender belt can be adjusted which is huge for someone with my body type. 10/10
