I wasn't sure I could afford custom cabinetry, so I went into the consultation to learn more about my options. There was no pressure to make higher-cost improvements. This whole process was customer-centric and honest. I'm extremely happy with both the mastery and service.

PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS “Company”. I’m an architect and they tricked and manipulated my client. For a simple tv cabinet they wanted to charge her 34k. Then when she asked for a discount they lowered to 14k. If they can take 20k out of a quote and still make business, imagine how many people have they scammed before. I immediately knew this was a scam. I advised my client not to go with them but she trusted the sales person. They convinced her to pay 90% up front and after saying it will take 2 weeks, 4 months passed by and the company went BANKRUPT. They did what a shady company would do, which is get bought by another “company” and change management but it was the same. Because I started dealing with them, things started to move along because I threatened to set up a dispute. That was the only reason things started to move on but still took for another 2 months for them to install it. They asked for the remaining 10% before installing and they only wanted to leave the cabinets at the lobby for my client to move them to her apt on level 4. At the end of this, they installed the cabinet with a different quality and design that was initially asked for. I’ve been working for 12 years in this industry and I have never encountered a company with such low morals and professionalism. They don’t care how they treat clients and they abuse them because they know clients don’t know about prices. It was so draining to deal with them. Every time I hear about Marfa, it’s always negative and there are always issues. Safe yourself the headache and disappointment.

For a more contemporary feel, we've selected navy blue lower cabinets and white upper cabinets. I had some concerns with mixing colors but they guided us through all the details in advance.

From initial design consultation to final delivery, it was a very easy process with Marfa NuEra. The 3D images helped us to visualize the final product before we decided.

Adam and his team actually sent the samples to my home where i could see the finishes in my own lighting before i decided, which was a nice touch.
I just wished the revision process was a little quicker, but the final product was what I expected. I would recommend it for anyone doing a serious kitchen remodel.

At the consultation stage, I enjoyed the samples of materials they brought to us. It was much easier to visualise the colour and texture combination at home, as it was available in full size. The final cabinets were modern-looking and warm, complementing the rest of our home.

Their choices of materials and processes were spectacular. They offered realistic drawings, several finish samples and discussed the layouts. The preparation really made life easier for me at the end. The finished kitchen was identical to the kitchen we had approved in the drawing.

Still waiting on my order, has been three months

Working with Marfa is painless! The team is organized and thorough. But most importantly, I love the work that they do—so modern and beautiful. Two years ago they made my kitchen cabinets and my primary bathroom and now they are working on another bathroom renovation and a new powder room. It was a great experience from start to finish on the first project and it has been the same on this project as well. I highly recommend Marfa.

The designer did a great with the initial layout and was very helpful and listened to the ideas I had to come to the final layout.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I work in construction and have worked with a variety of millworkers, and none have been as awful as Marfa. Alexander and his team are disrespectful, raise their voices in an effort to intimidate, and demand payment without delivering all the cabinets. I finally gave up and paid them the balance to try to get them to deliver the remaining items, then they used that against me to claim I shouldn't have paid them without receiving the items. Geno in Customer Service does not provide customer service, but rather customer beratement. When I requested my remaining items be sent, he accused me of being unprofessional.

As a working professional in the construction industry, their cabinets are mediocre, and some of the most expensive I've seen. They don't keep to promised timelines, don't deliver everything you've ordered but insist they have, and when they make a mistake (which happens every step of the way), they refuse to own up to it. I'll never allow one of my clients to work with them again, as I have millworkers who can make the same cabinets at a higher quality and for a lower price, and who actually honor their contractual agreements.

It was very easy to order samples and I'm looking forward to getting them quickly! Thank you!
