VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE — BUYER BEWARE
I placed an order with Margo & Wren Boston on August 20, 2026, for two jackets totaling $111.90. The $111.90 was withdrawn from my account that same day.
I never received the order confirmation I needed, so I contacted the company asking for a confirmation/order number and tracking information. Their response? They couldn’t help me without an order number.
I provided documentation showing that Margo & Wren Boston withdrew $111.90 from my account on August 20. After SIX emails back and forth, I still have no jackets, no tracking number, no satisfactory explanation, and no resolution. I continue to be told they need more time to “review” the situation.
Meanwhile, they have had my money for over a month.
At this point, I have been forced to file a fraud/dispute claim with my Visa card issuer to try to recover my $111.90.
This experience has been completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before placing an order with this company. I certainly will not order from them again. I sent a screen shot of their Facebook page showing my jacket & price. Today the Facebook page is no longer available.

BEWARE, FAKE COMPANY!!!!!!
Stuff comes from China and looks nothing like what you think you ordered.

Avoid this company! When the product finally arrives it is NOTHING like what they advertise online. The quality is cheap junk. Don't fall for it. It's a scam! If you reach out to make a return they put you through several emails and finally require you to pay to ship your products back to CHINA! Don't fall for this scam like I did.
