I am so upset. The doctor I spoke to at the clinic was very combative and rude. I was so upset after the conversation. She was patronising and unprofessional. I was shocked. I literally could not believe the way she spoke.

WOW. I do not know where else to turn other than leaving a review. Basically, I wrote a fair, factual and polite letter of complaint about an initial consultation I had with a doctor with Marion Gluck (which was incredibly disappointing for many reasons) and I just received the rudest and meanest response I have EVER received from a company in my whole life. Honestly I am gobsmacked and cannot believe a company could be so unprofessional and horrible. The response was disrespectful at best and vindictive at worst. I am genuinely in tears after reading it as it was so incredibly rude. Not sure what action I will take next about this but wanted to put a review up asap so that others may not have to experience this or so that Marion Gluck Clinic can take this into account in the future. I just can't believe it. I really hope they can find a way to make it up to me in some way but I am not feeling optimistic given how they reacted to my last polite and factual complaint!

I like the medications and my doctor too, but the admin team are awkward and appear deliberately obstructive which often means incurring extra costs to myself.

The Gluck clinic is a wonderful place. Understanding and sympathetic doctors. A wide range of advice and medication really helping me. Highly recommend Dr Mc Quade and all the really helpful support staff.

Great Doctors but consistently rude and insensitive SLOW admin teams who are clearly commissioned to push quotas.

I was delighted when the repeat prescription service was introduced, only to be repeatedly told that I had ‘failed’ the criteria because I needed a,b,c and d - all of which of course were costly, and more importantly, I’d not been told I needed before.

In essence, the repeat prescription service is not that service at all. It’s a ruse.

Also wish I’d read the reviews properly beforehand.

For nearly two weeks I've been begging yes begging this clinic to write me a prescription for my essential thyroid medicine. I've Paid £300 for initial consultation which went well but when I tried to book a follow appointment there were no appointments available for over a month - by which time my supply of thyroid meds would run - I have repeatedly emailed the office and absolutely begged and apologised for the inconvenience - but what with the delays ( these Covid days) in being able to get bloods taken, delays in postage, delays in receiving test results - NONE of which is my fault I am now forced to beg to get a prescription and am being ignored. Without my meds I slip into an almost coma like state unable to perform any basic tasks like walking, climbing the stairs, or even holding a conversation without slipping in and out of consciousness, not being able to find the words and so many more problems - to pay so much money to go private and be treated like an irritating fly is beyond my comprehension and I think unacceptable

I cannot recommend The Clinic highly enough. My experience with all staff and my Dr. has been fantastic. I was feeling very low and fed up when I went for my consultation and within a week, I started to feel better. My diagnosis and my path to treatment were seem less.

Greeted well by the Receptionist, seen bang on time and Dr. Lascar was brilliant. Listened and understood my situation, didn't order unnecessary tests, explained many things about the treatment, supplements and their quality/usefulness. I learned so much and really appreciated her expertise. All in all a great service!

Fabulous experience - really detailed and sensitive care. The doctor was sure that I fully understood everything they were doing in my first appointment and made sure I fully understood my results when they came back. I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough. It was great to have an explanation of the necessity of each test - it helped me better understand what’s happening on the inside.

Coming from another country I felt warmly welcomed .
Conversation with dr Acampora was very satisfying . All my doubts and my questions were widely answered. I’m so excited to start this new therapy .

A really great service and approach which has made such a difference to me. I cannot recommend the clinic, the doctors and the staff highly enough.

I've been in the dark about what has been going on with me for such a long time, I have at times thought that the best of me had gone for good and that I needed to make some serious lifestyle adjustments. After a quick blood test it turns out it isn't the best of me gone, just some hormones, which can be replaced and my life put back on track. I've been treated at the Marion Gluck clinic with respect and compassion and most importantly have been presented with real options that have the potential to turn my life around. Although it is early days, I'm optimistic about the treatment.
