The process was fairly straightforward and the team stayed professional throughout a few updates took longer than expected but they remained responsive and helpful overall it was an average experience with some room for improvement.
I paid this company to register a trademark for me in the UAE. They never filed the application and gave me false information when I followed up. They are operating a scam. I had to lodge a dispute withy bank to get our money back.
For trademark monitoring services I employed, Marks Filers the team was quick to respond to my inquiries and the procedure went smoothly although there were a few little delays the service was generally good and fulfilled my fundamental expectations.
I used marks filers for their service and overall the experience was okay the team was responsive and the process was handled properly but there were a few areas where improvements could be made especially in terms of communication and turnaround time the service was acceptable but there is room to make the customer experience better.
Overall my interaction with marks filers was mediocre although the crew was kind and responded to my inquiries there were a few communication breakdowns and the process took longer than I in response time and client updates along the process, the work was ultimately finished the entire process could be much improved with improved communication.

I paid them to file 4 trademarks. And paid them for lifetime trademark protection.
They filed the trademark applications but did not respond to the four deadlines from UPSTO and now all four trademarks are DEAD.
Complete waste of money. Do NOT use this company
