If I could give no stars I would. Bought a pair of sunglasses that arrived in a bubble wrap case. Asked to return them as they were not what I expected. They asked me for photographs to show item was in good order then refused my return stating mailing costs are too high and item was as described. Their returns policy states items can be returned if customer is not totally satisfied, which I wasn’t .
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought a pair of sunglasses from this company supposed to be polorized to 400uv what a load of rubbish they are just ordinary sunglasses you can buy for a quarter of the price, want to send them back forget it you will have pay shipping costs Beware.

Do not shop with Marlen Cambridge or trust them I bought a watch online and they won’t refund my money don’t trust a word from Ruby Thompson
Customer Care Specialist Marlen Cambridge, they don’t care about you they just want to keep your cash and don’t offer a full refund if your want to return the watch. Shame on you.

I ordered two Torin Siver Cuff Bracelets at a cost of £34.00 on the 1st of May 2026,one was for my granddaughter for her birthday and the other was for my partner. The one for my partner which has had occasional wear since receiving the bracelet on or around the 15th May has lost a lot of the silver plating on the inside which is now no longer any good, I had hoped that they would have lasted longer than 38 days.

DO NOT USE EVER.

Must be the worst company I've had to deal with online so far.

The products arrived damaged, even if they had been perfect, I wouldn't have paid more than £2 for each of the garments. The quality was aweful and value for money was rip-off poor.

Then came the saga of getting a refund.

I won't bore you with the details but suffice to say, I haven't had my money back yet after weeks of trying.

I will be reporting the company to trading standards for what that is worth.

Do not use this online retailer. My product arrived very different to how it was advertised and smelled very bad. Furthermore after numerous emails to try and arrange a return and refund they will not process a full refund, despite me returning the product within the stated timescales.

Just to repeat, do not use this company. They take your money, refuse to engage and there is no delivery.

Ordered a watch. It took ages to arrive. It was very poor quality, the back was pitted, the strap loops are thin cloth mis-aligned, when setting the time and pressing in the button/knob very carefully the time jumps forward, so it was almost impossible to set.
In addition, the seller fought tooth and nail to not obey UK Consumer Rights law, refused full refund and paying to return the item. They made unlawful demands like mandatory video of the faults and required me to pay for the return.

I have the full email history to prove all the facts above. Their behaviour is disgusting.

Ordered a watch from this company which turned out to be faulty and doesn't work. They have responded to my email but expect me to pay to send the faulty item back to them. Not at all happy.
