This company is based in China and although they knew I was based in the UK, they sent an American size 9 sandal. This was in June.

The sandal did not fit my elderly father, so I tried to get a return but was told I had to send it back to China with shipping and tracking costs at my expense. They eventually sent me an address to return the item, but with no postcode!

After a lot of haggling I was eventually promised a 40% refund. I chased this up but I have still not received this and it is now September. It is as if they have forgotten all my original correspondence and I am now being asked to show photo evidence (again!) of the original shoes. They seem to be now trading under the name Rowan Shoes.

Appalling customer service, making it as difficult as possible to get a refund for sending me the wrong product. I will certainly be checking the reviews before I purchase online in the future.

This company should not be operating! Absolut rip off.
I bought sandals that were poorly made and wanted to return them. They dont give you a refund, they tell you to send them back to China! That would have cost me £30!
The shoes are not even that much.
As a offer of goodwill they offered me £40% refund.
Dont buy from them. Cheap chinese shoes!

Absolutely don't buy, cheap poor quality and you won't get a refund you have to pay to return them so from the UK it'll cost you over 36 quid minimum.

I have bought a pair of flat orthopedic women sandals from Marley Shoes and received high heel sandals.
I complained and after a few back and forth messages, they agreed that they sent me the wrong ones. I was offered 2 options: refund or free replacement. I opted for the free replacement and they answered me that they were refunding me. I complained again and they said it was already done. After a few days without receiving the money back, I contacted them and they told me it would take around 20 working days (approximately 30 days) for the refund to happen. I am still waiting. The costumer service is named Rowan Shoes.

Customer service is non existent, poor quality shoes! Pretend to be Italian but actually not!

If I could give a zero star I would. I followed their shoe size guide which didn’t make sense equating a size 41 to an English size 9. I ordered the 9 expecting a 41 - they sent size 44 so obviously didn’t fit! The shoe quality is very cheap and the price they are asking even with offers is way too much.

They do reply to your messages but to get a refund you have to ship back to China, pay for tracking and customs charges. Or you can claim 40% refund!

Do not buy from this company

I’ve learned my lesson and will check independent reviews in future.

Bought several pairs as they say orthopaedic £200 they also claim size 2 in women's, I bought 5 pairs, the shoes are ok but the trainers are much more like a size 4. They were cheap and particularly nasty, definitely flimsy and not orthopaedic as they claim. I contacted them and they offered me a 30% discount, but what can I do with shoes that are too big, I am 64 years old my feet are not going to grow. I said no wanted to return them, for full refund. They gave me an address and said I had to pay return which was very expensive. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

The materials are appalling compared with pictures.

I would say that this is an out right scam.

shoes is doesn't fit. So please, uou think about, you definitely want to shop from this company? I lost £47! Here not have free return! Is very bad company!

I too feel foolish for puchasing from this co.I spent £80 on sandals which took 10 days to arrive and absolut rubbish,didnt even fit properly.They were stated as being orthopedic ! The cheapest plastic ive ever seen.Now reading some of the reviews and the difficulty of trying to return and get refund,looks like i have to lose £80.0 They should be banned from advertising false images and selling sites.Very expensive lesson learnt !!!

Like several other customers I wish I had read the reviews. Please do not order from this company I ordered a pair of flat sandals only to receive a high wedge pair. I was asked to send photographs to check if I had worn them. How can I, I cannot even stand in them let alone walk. Battle still on going to try and receive a refund.

They are a AWFUL company. The shoes I ordered were nothing like the photos on the website. I was offered a 40% refund or I could return to China and get a full refund. The cost to send back didn’t make it worth it. Avoid this company

Cheap and tacky. Couldn’t even fit and I sized up

I bought a pair of orthopaedic shoes for my mum who is in a nursing home. Despite looking like a British company, the shoes took weeks to arrive from China. They are poorly made, lightweight and completely plastic. It seems I have been scammed as the returns process is convoluted and the office is 'closed' when I try to instigate a return online. I'm cross with myself, as I generally check reviews first. I hope you, the reader, is doing so now. Do go elsewhere. There are too many of these companies masquerading as legitimate sellers of quality goods with little or no redress to a refund. I will stick to John Lewis and M&S in future.

I ordered trainers in May 2026,the trainers took over 2 weeks to arrive. They were in very poor condition, cheap ill fitting and not fit for purpose. I could't at first find the customer return email. I had to use google to find it. I eventually iniated a returns. I paid for a tracking return over £20 1st June. Each time I checked tracking it appeared to stay in customs and not move. This is an awful company, I eventually claimed a charge back in July with my bank and received a refund for the trainers. However loss money on postage. I advised anyone not to buy from this company, it is an ABSOLUTE CON !!!

Would give Marley shoes zero if possible. Wrong shoes sent and expected to return to china at my own expense.
Poor quality shoes , will put in recycling

I feel so stupid for ordering from this company without checking reviews first! I ordered what i thought would be comfortable flat sandals for my holiday and after weeks waiting have received very poor quality, brick hard platform sandals that I cannot wear! Presume they will be difficult to return and get a refund from what i’ve read - that’s £38 I’ve wasted!! The website looks very professional - totally misleading - this shouldn’t be allowed !! Really disappointed . Don’t waste your time or money !!

I ordered 3 pairs of womens sandals as they were advertised as orthopaedic support sandals for women.
They took over a month to arrive, once received the sandals they were totally poorly made and material used was not good quality and more importantly did not meet the orthopaedic or supportive requirements for feet at all. Have requested a full refund from company, which I initially thought was based in the UK but once I placed the order found out was in China.

I have had a pair of shoes from this company and my husband bought 2 pairs at different times. We were both pleased with our purchases & delivery was about 10 days.

Dreadful shoes - poor quality and cheap materials. DO NOT buy these.

Tried to return - no returns label but option to pay shipping costs to China. The second option was to accept a 40% refund which I had to do. There were delay tactics is refunding which I eventually got (£13.84). I’m really wishing that I’d read the reviews first. They will doubtless re-market under a different name but please don’t make the mistake that I did in thinking that I was buying from a decent company.
