Marpipe helped me truly scale my DPA ads.

I could not get them to work... the creative made it super simple was just plug and play.

HUGE assist during Black Friday

We have used Marpipe for the last 4 years. Great product, team is responsive and moves fast. Easy platform to use.

I'm a longtime, very happy customer of Marpipe. DPA ads are a huge part of my business and having the ability to customize them is reduced our CPA by over 40%. Cannot recommend enough to anyone who runs a brand with a lot of SKUs.

The ease of the platform to fully create customized DPA ads at scale was second to NONE - our catalog ads have been performing better than ever and the support team is fully based in the US!

Message to my fellow small business owners! Don't make a mistake and fall for their services. Research the competition wisely. They allow you to test only ONE design per campaign with their $400 subscription plan. Go with company called Zuuvi from Denmark or even Socioh which is the best platform that is costly but much more advanced.
I asked them for refund and they refused to issue it, I went with my AMEX and disputed the charge, and after that they contacted and refunded the disputed amount. Not the best business practice, I have learned it the hard way, seems like these guys choose the same path. I do wish them the best of luck and wish them to be the leading platform, but something needs to change and that is just my opinion.

I've been a user/customer of Marpipe since when they were very early on, and from the get-go, the tool always delivered on its promise of making DPAs more efficient. Today the app does so much (generative DPAs, managing sales, etc) but it ALWAYS makes my DPAs more efficient.

Heard about it from a friend, so decided to try it out.

UX/UI was really easy to get started with, was able to generate really good looking / on-brand DPA designs quickly and launch them on Meta the same day.

I thought it might be a bit expensive but initial testing showed a drastic performance increase, so we thought it was worth it, and the support from the team is amazing (shoutout Austin!).

I was absolutely shocked by Marpipe’s approach. In today’s competitive market, where there are countless alternatives, they’re asking for $999 per month without even offering a proper trial or demo to evaluate the software. It makes no sense at all!

I tried to negotiate a way to test the product before investing, but the response was that I’d need to pay upfront and see if it works afterward. Honestly, this sounds completely absurd. How can anyone justify investing that much money in something they haven’t even had a chance to see if it meets their needs?

To make matters worse, during my chat with their representative, Sam, he simply stopped responding to me. This was a complete lack of respect and professionalism. They clearly have no interest in customer satisfaction or building trust.

While other software providers offer free trials or demo versions, Marpipe seems stuck in the past. The only solution they offered was to schedule meetings and still not get to test the product. If the software truly works, why not let me try it?

I’m extremely disappointed and will choose another tool that at least allows testing before charging such a high price.
