We just got back from Marrakech last week and had an amazing experience, all thanks to Marrakech Concierge. We booked a villa in February, but 10 days before our trip, the villa unexpectedly canceled on us. The Marrakech Concierge team quickly stepped in and assured us they would find an equivalent villa at no additional cost. Honestly, they delivered beyond our expectations, securing a stunning villa that was even better than what we had originally reserved.

We are regular clients of Marrakech Concierge, and we always book our restaurants and clubs through them. Without fail, they secure the best tables and provide top-notch service at every venue. Their drivers, especially Abdul, go above and beyond to make our trips smooth and enjoyable.

If you’re traveling to Marrakech, I highly recommend trying Marrakech Concierge. They are the best in town, with no hassle and a willingness to accommodate last-minute changes. We were a group of 5 lads, and I can’t imagine using anyone else. They truly go above and beyond.

As a group of girls going on holiday, we had an amazing experience with Marrakech Conceirge. In the lead-up to our trip, they were very responsive and helpful, accommodating all of our needs and requests.

Our driver, Adimi, was fantastic. He was constantly available, attending to our every need and ensuring we were safe and happy throughout the trip. He truly went above and beyond and Adimi’s services made a significant positive difference to our trip.

Marrakech Conceirge provides an incredible service, getting us the best tables everywhere with no queues and suggesting all the best that Marrakech has to offer. We would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Top service! We booked everything via Marrakesh Concierge. Dhiren sorted our villa with a chef, maid & drivers who were available the entire trip and also all our restaurant and club bookings. The bookings also included airport transfers.

We prepaid for the clubs & pool party and everything was in order before we arrived at the venues. All we had to do was get there on time. Dhiren provides invoices and an itinerary once everything is booked and you’re good to go.

We turned up to the venues and were in with minimal fuss. Dhiren was available when needed and always called back promptly when unable to take the call immediately. Highly recommend Marrakesh Concierge for a stress free trip.

We booked with Marrakech Concierge for my sisters hen in May. Dhiren arranged our villa, driver and all our nights for us. He was quick to respond, gave us great recommendations for restaurants and nights out and also got us the best tables in the clubs and restaurants. Dhiren was also kind enough to check that we’d reached home safely after each night out, which was much appreciated as we were a group of 8 girls.
The villa we had booked was stunning and looked exactly like the photos that were shared with us.

The service was second to none. Absolutely amazing staff. The drivers and the chef were incredibly helpful and organised everything for us. I would like to give a special shout out to Sara (apologies if I have spelled this incorrectly) our chef, and Simo and Abdul Razak (our drivers) for looking after us and going above and beyond to meet our needs (and wants). They were amazing and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Six girls went to Marrakech for a hen party and were recommended Marrakech Concierge by a friend. Honestly, we cannot fault anything. The villa was amazing, and the drivers were very helpful. At the restaurants and clubs, we were treated like VIPs once we mentioned Marrakech Concierge. Anyone going to Marrakech, please use them – we 100% recommend it!

Great communication throught the process. Was quite a large group but still had arranged the best tables in restaurants. Everything was upfront and clear no hidden charges or surprises. Refundable deposit to hold reservation at restaurant was given back straight away.

Marrakech Concierge was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad I chose to book my trip with them. From the first time I reached out, Dhiren was very quick to respond and had all the information I required to hand. His response rate remained consistent in the weeks leading up to our trip and whilst we were out there.

MC do everything within their power to go above and beyond, even helping us organise last minute accommodation when BA cancelled our flight 8 hours before departure.

Our driver, Abdul, completely exceeded our expectations. Not only was he always prompt and professional, he would consistently go out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable at all times.

The villa itself was incredible and looked like something out of a movie. All 8 bedrooms had their own ensuite and rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. The in-house chef made some of the best tasting food I’ve had and was willing to make whatever we wanted.

Dhiren organised all of our club nights well in advance - no queuing or anything once we got to the venues. All we had to do was say what we wanted to drink and the rest was sorted for us.

Overall, the entire experience was smooth and seamless. 10/10 from Dhiren and his team.

Made everything so easy. Very accommodating, even when we wanted to change things at the last minute they did their best to accommodate. We had the best tables in all the restaurants and clubs as well.

Villa was also organised by MC and it was luxurious, clean, spacious and above all, perfect for our group. Pool was a perfect temperature for swimming. Our maids were friendly and the chef cooked up some of the nicest food we have ever eaten which was totally unexpected. Driver Abdul was also key to our enjoyment!

Would highly recommend and will be defo booking with these guys again!

The whole booking process was made very simple by Dhiren who was very helpful. The villa was perfect which had very helpful staff especially the driver adbul.

Will 100% book again for my next trip to Marrakech.

Avoid this Company, they have kept my family and I waiting to rebook my luxury holiday accommodation which was initially cancelled during Covid, as all accommodations locked down as we all know and as they advised me at the time. The Director has promised to rebook my holiday accommodation more than once,most recently earlier in 2024 telling me he would honour booking me an alternative apartment or villa of my choice, as long as I booked before the end of 2024. Since then they have tried to retract the offer, telling me they have new management (not sure what that has to do with me) and or that they will provide me with any accommodation of their choice, without my even knowing where it is or what it looks like. All recent actions they have taken to date are to put me off being able to rebook my holiday villa, and now they have stopped responding to my requests for either a refund or a choice of acceptable accommodations. They meanwhile are holding over £2,100 of my money as a deposit for what was supposed to be a luxury villa. This company is not one I will deal with in future, as a frequent traveller this is my worst experience with a travel company in over 40 years of travel. I fully intend to have them honour their commitment to me as they cannot just take my money and walk away, as it seems they currently want to.
I have just read the Company's response to my review and I am disappointed that they are unable to respond truthfully, no mention of alternative bookings promised by their Director, which I would actually prefer, as i told them, i am quite sure no insurance company covered covid ( certainly mine did not) so it's telling that they say they offered this as a solution, it's obviously not a solution as most of us with insurance at the time know. I also DID send proof of airline cancellation so that you say I did not is concerning as to level of dishonesty you are willing to put in print. I would thus (again) like to ask this company to honour the written undertaking sent to me earlier in 2024 by their own Director to see if they can be honest and send me acceptable alternative luxury accommodation options similar to what I originally booked, I would much prefer that to a refund. Now that this whole sad episode is in a public forum I am challenging the company to send me acceptable accommodation options I will then select one that is in similar 5* condition as my original booking, I will not accept a 2* or 3*replacement without any pictures fully showing the place I'm expected to stay ( again this is not an honest way of dealing with clients). So the ball is in your court Marrakech Concierge send me a choice of nice alternative accommodations I will book one acceptable to my family and I, and this horrible episode finally will be over for my family and I, or keep trying to skirt the issue, hold onto my funds and send out responses which are both untrue and don't address this relatively simple matter. I believe those reading this are able to see what is really going on here. It could have been avoided if you acted professionally and did not try to make money off me as a client which you have not earned and given no value for.

We just returned back home from our trip to Marrakech through Marrakech Concierge. I must say everything went perfectly. Well beyond our expectations!
Villa was clean, staff super kind and friendly and most of all the driver/guide, eladimi ( who we called mbappe), was phenomenal. Always on hand to help with anything, sorted our reservations out and knew all the best spots.
I wish we had stayed longer now!

This experience has changed how I expect all my future holidays to be. Absolutely 5star from start to finish. Marrakech Concierge took all the stress away and arranged everything. The drivers were exceptional throughout the trip and assisted in every way. The villa was beautiful and beyond expectations. The staff at the villa were lovely also. Big thank you to Dhiran for arranging and sorting and being on hand to help during the trip. Absolutely 5star we will be back!!!

Great service and experience

What can i say once again Marrakech Concierge proved what they are good at. From Fast track in Airport pickup to the high end villa with very friendly staff and best chef to make you anything you want to the best 4 nights. Everything was just perfect. All the booking for clubs/restaurant was pre-booked. On arrival to clubs/restaurants we were greeted and they all knew who's booking this was. Lets not forget about the driver. We want to say thank you to our Driver Badr who stayed with us through out the trip and drove us around at anytime of the day. Badr reminded us of our plans and what time we need to leave. Everything was on point on time. I would definitely recommend Marrakech Concierge if you want VIP treatment or want a hassle free trip where you can relax and let them do the hard work.

Had a fab experience with Marrakech Concierge in April. They arranged excellent taxi service with big, comfortable and clean vehicles to accommodate 7 of us . The drivers were friendly & safe & looked after us very well. We used their services for bookings at some of the top places to go out like Buddha bar, Nobu & other recommended restaurants. Their suggestions were great & we were also given good tables especially at Buddha bar. We’d hired the taxi to stay with us on all the evenings we went out which was brilliant so we could easily move on to our next destination without wasting time. I can’t thank Marrakech Coincerge enough! They helped me plan a hen party from the UK to Marrakech for 14 girls and from start to finish the team were incredible! They were responsive, gave amazing recommendations and made the planning process 100% easier. We had various arrival times at the airport and they organised the pick ups so well. They provided the best drivers for our group, Asan & Mohammed who were fantastic, our riad was a 10 min walk from the pick up point but every night they would walk us back and make sure we were back safely, they were brilliant. I was particularly impressed when we were at a club and we were unhappy with the table we had, I messaged Marrakech Coincerge and they sorted it within minutes, they really do give a first class service! I had no issues with the many reservations they made, they made our trip spectacular! Thanks again for all your help, I’m so glad I used Marrakech Concierge, definitely a must if you’re planning a trip to Marrakech.
