Avoid using for block estate management. Same as others: pretty much every communication from them in over 5yrs has an error, mistakes are ignored or repeated,or no response to emails/ calls, records are incomplete or wrong so need constant chasing to correct them, contract has a crazy annual increase percentage & additional commission for them organising work. Took months of chasing to get a deposit back. Staff appear to be a blend of trying but not able &/or intentionally misleading, with one competent person doing a sterling job.

I had a very poor experience with this management company and would not recommend them.

Throughout our time dealing with them, responses to issues were consistently slow or non-existent. Important messages were ignored, and when we did receive replies, the information often contradicted what other residents in our block were being told. This lack of consistency caused unnecessary confusion and frustration.

They also went back on commitments they had previously made, including doing things they had explicitly said they would not do. On more than one occasion, staff made unprofessional comments about other residents in front of us, which was entirely inappropriate and concerning.

The most serious issue was a long-standing water ingress problem that led to mould in our flat whilst I was pregnant. Despite repeated attempts to get help, the company failed to take timely or effective action, leaving us living in unacceptable conditions. This issue was severe enough that the Property Ombudsman became involved. I know others have also made reports to the same.

Overall, the experience felt dismissive, unprofessional, and stressful with each complaint met with defensiveness rather than accountability. Basic property management responsibilities were not met, and we were left without support when it mattered most.

Marshalls were extremely helpful in finding a tenant for my Windsor property, and the professionalism and ongoing support from all of the staff at Marshalls has been impressive - I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who is looking to either let or rent a property in Windsor.

I would give 0 stars if I could ; RENTERS LANDlORDS BIUERS DONT USE MARSHALLS !!!!
I had years of ride incompetent staff they had thousands of pounds from "managing " our property; issues never got resolved with severe problems they simply ran away with our money ; liars & useless 😑 all they managed was to take our money BEWARE shisters..

Poor communication.

Like everyone of the review below we have received a terrible service. They are rude, never return calls and hang up if you complain. Simply the worst property management company i have ever encountered. Do what ever you can to avoid using them.

Really awful lettings team that treats tenants poorly and provides landlord biased service!

Marshall’s manage our block of flats since 2016 and in my opinion they are very unprofessional and a poor service. They have blocked me from
calling them and breached my personal data. I pay £150 per month and nothing has changed in 5 years apart from
Taking a tree down. It’s a mess! They do not see all points of view and isolate people even though we are paying for a service. They invite other shareholders to Skype during lockdown but failed to allow me this service too. They breached my data yet I suffer for their incompetency.

Kevin was racist with us since minute one.
We asked him for a viewing and he said that we were "potencially wasting our time" and he refused to help us. We reported him.
