Good products but terrible customer service in the UK. Been waiting for a replacement dimmer unit. Paid for but not sent. Its a shame they are so bad with customer service. Like others im now switching to other manufacturer

Always good quality for an affordable price. I don’t have money to throw away, and Marshydro make quality products at affordable prices with excellent customer support. Unlike other companies who charge premium but have sub-par customer service. I have several products, including tent, lights and awaiting an extractor fan and climate control system. So far everything has impressed me for the reasonable price I paid. Premium products at affordable prices in my opinion. Thank you.

I was browsing for a new grow light and tent when i came across the 70x70x160 grow tent and the ts1000 150w grow light combo on sale, I jumped to the opportunity and made the purchase, delivery was made with in the week and I'm very happy with both products, MarsHydro 💯

Excellent service, order arrived two days after being placed. Also enquired about changing one of the items in the order for a different specification item, response was within 24 hours by email and was very helpful. Good quality products, would definitely recommend.

light came damaged, box was undamaged but the light body has a dent in it and the mains power cable going to the ballast/power supply has a slice in it, emailed with 0 response, not happy for a £200 light. Will be making a youtube video titled "dont buy from marshydro" to show damage and lack of customer service.

I recently ordered a new humidifier from mars hydro. They're website CLEARLY states that my order would be shipped on the 28th of march. I emailed them to double check that my order would definitely be shipped on the 28th of March and was told this:
"To clarify, the pre-order information on our website accurately states that we are committed to shipping your order by March 28th.
This date is in line with our initial estimate and is not a misrepresentation of our capabilities."

On the 28th of March I had still not received any updates or a shipping confirmation, so i emailed them again and was met with an email saying that they are closed for the weekend. So, not only is there website providing completely false information, but their staff also blatantly lied to me about being "commited to shipping my order by the 28th of march" when they knew fully well that they wouldn't even be open on that day. So mars hydro, you were NOT committed to shipping my order by the 28th of march and the information on your website IS a misrepresentation of your capabilities. An accurate representation would be to say "we will take your money and lie to you about delivery dates". I've been a mars hydro customer for years and I've supported your company since you were founded in 2009, but this will be the last purchase I ever make with you. I have opened a paypal pursuit so hopefully i will be one of the lucky few that actually get their money back from these brazen con artists. Avoid this absolute joke of a company like the plague.

The products are of unbeleivable quality and are supplied with everything you need to get the best out of them. I just cannot fault the results that I am getting in comparison to my old flourescents, its astounding. They take a bit of adjusting too as they are ultra powerful, but once you get to grips with them and ease your plants into their brightness, the resulst are just utter magic.
All that said, I had an issue with my order and my account. So I contacted Mars Hydro through their contact us option on their website. Twice infact. Nothing. Not an acknowledgment, reply, answer nor nothing.
I left it over a month, so it's not that I have been too eager with expecting a response, so I contacted them again. By the way, this appears to be the ONLY WAY to contact them from the UK as my issue was not a warranty claim and so I couldn't / shouldn't use that method of contact.

I contacted them again, some 5 weeks later and.............nothing! No response, resolution, acknowledgemnt, nothing? It seems very odd that they are so keen to take your money, bu tonce they have it.................BLANK.
It's a shame as if their customer service was only a patch on their products, they probably would have a winning formula, howevver, it seems to be none existant. Thats why I gave 4 stars and not the five.
It doesn't take much to respond to your customers Mars Hydro, not much at all.

Great range of products. bought a tent and various lights and am very happy. had 6 months now with no reliability issues at all.

The Mars hydro SP150 LED light is definitely one of the best budget lights on the market if you are strapped for cash or just starting out this is definitely the way to Go big love Mars hydro 🫶👍

Beste Grower Equipment weiter so und nur zu empfehlen

I have 2 mars hydro 1000. Being dimmable is excellent for seedlings. I put 4 small pots under 1 light. Then as they grow gradually turn up the light..Then transfer to bigger pots and start using both lights. This saves a lot of electricity but they only use 5p per hour on full each light so pretty cheap to run anyway. Yields are great. Approximately 2 years old as well and still as good as new.
