This company is behind Harding light photography and Hulu shop. Total scammers, placed orders but nothing arrived. Shopify, who are behind the websites have been no help whatsoever.

Ordered a dog toy and never had any contact back but got a receipt from this totebag shop. Scam. I have started a dispute with my credit card holder

I ordered an item from Martialange in late July 2026. I never received a shipping notification or tracking number and reached out to them via email twice (once about 10 days after the order, and the other about 15 days after the order). I never received a reply and as of September never received communication or the item. I subsequently reported them to the credit card company.

Total scam,they have taken my money and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING.do not use this site

I wish I had come in here before I ordered goods from here.
Nothing much to add from what has already been said.
My goods did not arrive after more than a month of waiting; I tried to contact them, but there was no response.
They even dared to ask for a review.
I hope they read these reviews because I am now going to ask my bank for a chargeback.

AVOID this company.
My order never turned up (ordered 29th July) and nor could I get any response from the company.
I did finally get an automated email asking me to review my purchase - rather hard when it has never arrived.
I regret that I did not read their reviews first as they tell you everything you need to know.

NEVER PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I have emailed three seperate times with no reply whatsoever! They are scammers.

This company is a scam! Do not buy from them they just take your money and don’t send you any products. They even have the cheek to ask for feedback on a none existent product and service. I am going to try and get my money back but I don’t hold out much hope.

Item never received - no reply to numerous emails total scsm in my opinion and I will attempt to do all I can to get a refund and report to as many places as possible.

On a another website using mlab, they had the color footlocker I wanted. Receipt came back with Martialange.com. Ordered 2 of them, they charged my card. Found out Sterilite no longer makes this color. I emailed twice with no response, called my credit card company to get a refund. Scam fake website.

Total scam. I asked to return the item since it looks bad and fake. The shipping in the end was more than the item cost itself. Wrote to the email three times. No answer. Complete scam. Never again.Be careful buying frime the instagram ads, hardly ever serious.

Would score minus 10 if possible, ordered sports equipment from fjmtraining but showed as this company, order not sent & they are ignoring emails, reporting company to authorities for fraud.

Money taken immediately. No shipping info received. No response to email. Mobile number not legit. Avoid this website.

Beware! Scam site. Ordered from Specialist Lighting. Received order confirmation from Martialange. Specialist Lighting website now unavailable. No date given for dispatch. No photo of my order. Their website sells handbags! No response to emails. Have raised a dispute with my card provider. Would give them -1 if possible

SCAM WEBSITE , ordered an item on 18th July 2026 & 17 days on I was never even given a tracking number , contacted them twice by email & no one replied , had to go through my credit card company to get a full refund

Ordered some outdoor sports equipment from a different store and got a receipt from Martialange.com. No goods received and no response from seller, have lodged a complaint with visa via my bank

Could I give 0 stars? I wish I could... I bought from a site but checking the website back they only sell bags and I didn't receive my goods. Beware this site looks like a scam!

I ordered some Tatler jar lids and rings on 17/7/26 (over 2 weeks ago) and received an email from Martalange with an order number - I did not order from this web site! Still no sign of my lids or contact and when you search for Martialange ...it's a handbag store! Buyer beware
