After my dishwasher breaking I was able to visit Martins, view a range of appliances and get one ordered immediately and have it delivered 2 days later at my convenience. All staff were knowledgable, helpful and professional, nothing was too much trouble! An exceptional local service. Highly recommend.

I wanted to buy my daughter and her husband a Miele Washer and Dryer to replace a useless combination appliance. They love to shop at John Lewis but they did not have the machines in stock. After weeks of frustration going backwards and forwards we thought of Martins, who fitted our own kitchen two years ago. Martins had both machines in stock and within half an hour of making contact, they were purchased and George quickly obtained a stacking kit and arranged delivery to Greenwich!
Initially we had some concerns about the plumbing, which was easily resolved by the appliance engineers, who delivered and installed the machines, on time, on the agreed day, and also removed the old machine. George assured us they would make everything work and they did.
He was an absolute star and it was so nice to be able to talk to someone who clearly wanted to help get the job done and overcome any problems. The price was also very competitive.
I have had a Miele washer for 20 years so can also highly recommend Miele. Well done Martins I wish I had contacted you weeks ago! I now have a very happy daughter who loves her shiny new machines!

Extremely pleased with our experience at Martins. Ordered a dishwasher on the Sunday and it was delivered and installed on the Thursday.

It's been a pleasure to deal with a company who obviously pride themselves on excellent customer service.
I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family. Customers require ease of ordering a product and professional installation of the appliance, at a competitive price. I purchased a free-standing electric cooker. Martins delivered on all aspects.
We didn't visit the showroom, we chose to browse on the website and ordered by phone.

This is the third time we have bought kitchen appliances from Martin's and on each occasion the transaction has been faultless. Excellent communication and customer service, and they compete on price with the larger, anonymous online sellers. I much prefer dealing with a local, well established company when they are this good.

Very good service from Scott. It was very difficult to find a store which had the Bosch SMI2IS33G semi integrated dishwasher in stock. The dishwasher was delivered by courier very quickly despite the fact that it was outside their normal delivery area. All my queries were dealt with very promptly. Thank you, Scott

Martins Direct we’re so helpful and efficient, keeping us up to date in delivery dates and availability of items. Really prompt reply to my email ( a phone call within 3 minutes of sending it !) and they were so flexible with our schedule. We've had several high quality appliances from Martins and have always been extremely pleased with them. Their staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. There is good parking at the rear of the showrooms which are very well laid out and welcoming. We can highly recommend Martins.
