NEVER received my monitors!! Scam!!

Exact same experience as everyone else! I thought I researched well but evidently not. I also complained to the BBB for whatever good that will do.

Scam. Purchased screens. Tracking number provided and even appeared to work for a bit.
Tracking froze for several weeks. Zero reply to several attempts to contact seller.
Tracking suddenly disappeared and item wasn’t delivered. SCAM.

Scammed just like everyone else. Comapany’s website is gone and my order of course has not shown up. Scum.

Just like all others tried to follow up & email provided wouldn’t go through. The only Google search for this co name asks if you want to set up MARTORIUM acct? Found site on FB - from Vancouver, CA 🤬

Scam. Item never sent. gave me a what turns out to be a fake website with fake shipping info.

If I could give no stars, I would. They took the funds, but product was never rec’d; the order has been on its way for two months. No matter how many emails sent, they all bounce back. Sad that they have taken advantage of people who are just trying to get a decent deal. Lesson learned!!!!

Placed an order that my bank immediately paid. Received an order update with tracking number. Order does not exist and neither does this company. They jumped on jumped on Spotify but they can't help you.

Same as all the others, ordered in June, got confirmation of order. Been trying to contact them since 3rd week of July, no responses and now website doesn't exist!

Scam! Ordered the product, got a confirmation email, then got a tracking email, I was able to track the product for a couple days and then when I went to track the item again, it said the tracking number was not valid. I tried emailing them and both times the email bounced back saying failure. Do not purchase!

Exact same as everyone else. Order never arrived, they offered to rush a replacement, now the website doesn't exist and the tracking number never worked. Their email doesn't work either. SCAM

Scam, my wife has had the same problems as everyone else is saying. Hopefully the credit card company can do a claim back on this.

How is it possible to set up these websites, take payments through financial credit card companies and non one gets in trouble and hundreds of customers get ripped off?

Scam alert. Mid June I placed an order and promptly received a confirmation email then another email with order number and even tracking number a couple days later. I thought I had researched the company well enough because said it would take a few weeks. Periodically checked the tracker after a couple of weeks thought I’d wait a little longer being international. Nothing changed a few weeks later so I wrote an email. The email response that my package was lost came 6 weeks after my initial order and said that they could resend it or refund the money just let them know. I chose for a refund and never heard from them since. There was a contact name of Stephanie Garcia and address of the”stateside” business in Brighton Maine.

Never received the item ordered. Website gone. Tracking # page no longer valid. So pissed. Wish I looked here first!

Unfortunately this was a scam and I lost money as a result.

I got scammed..Website is fake..Need to report them

Never received my order. Contacted them and they gave me a tracking number. I click on that tracking number and the page doesn't exist. Can't load. I went to the website and nothing. Page/website no longer available. Time to report and let my cc know. SCAM!!! BEWARE

This is a scam site, do not order from here. Tracking has been saying out for delivery for over two weeks.

Absolute scam! I went to check the order tracking because I have not received my order from beginning of July, the tracking goes no where, and the site does not exist - I received a reply email when I emailed them that the email no longer exists. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I have fallen victim to a scam! Ordered the screen extenders 3 weeks ago and haven't received it. now the site is no longer available and the tracking link is also now invalid.
