No longer an unhappy customer
Initially very disappointed as the company did not respond promptly to emails, promised tracking of purchases which did not occur & promised delivery between 5 - 7 days which did not occur - however just a quick update on the initial review - the customer service section of this company were amazing! After a slow start the team resent the purchases which arrived within 4 days! Must surely be a record for the Royal Mail UK to Australia! No longer an unhappy customer and Maru totally vindicated!

I bought two men's swimming trunks
I bought two men's swimming trunks. The service was fast, helpful and pleasant. Thank you.
As to the products, not so wowed. Firstly, the Core trunks I purchased as size 34" (my generally correct sizing) but they were far too big and baggy. So I returned them for a 32": still somewhat large but acceptable. The material is not the thickest, I have to say, and the waist cord is short and has already disappeared into the supporting waistband when I took them off.
Second the Pacer trunks: I purchased 32" in these, thinking ahead. But no: far too tight and small. So back they went and a 34" returned. This is adequate but still overly tight and cut 'tightly' around the thigh. The colour and styling, however, are great.
So, overall, not the best fits. Hard to know if its the styling or my body but I've been buying trunks for many years without these issues.
