What a lovely company to deal with. I made an order the week before Christmas but forgot to upgrade the postage at the time of order. They quickly replied to my email and resolved the situation. The marvellous map turned up the very next day! Looking forward to the recipient opening it on Christmas Day :)

I ordered a map on a Sunday evening and it was delivered on tuesday, can’t get much quicker than that. I haven’t actually opened it because it is one of the presents for my son

This company is fantastic - great quirky gifts and phenomenal customer service, for example, I wanted sizing on a poster. They were quick to respond on a number of queries. I like the fact with multiple orders there’s a significant discount - and all year round! I ordered a lot for Xmas and there was an error so as well as immediately despatching the forgotten one, instead of me returning the one sent in error, they asked me to regift or give to charity. What an initiative! Thanks MM :)

I'm writing this to balance out the 1-star review I sent in response to a 'how was your experience' email. I'd ordered a present for xmas, dispatched on December 5th, and by the 20th it hadn't arrived... hence my negative review. I did notice an email address on the order email, so sent a grievance directly - only to get a personal reply within a couple of minutes, apologising and saying a replacement would be sent in time for xmas. This was at 8pm - an actual person replied. And the map has indeed arrived. On reflection (a) the postal issue was the likely the delivery service (Royal Mail, I think?) which is surely beyond this company's control and (b) they had put the best provision in place they could to deal with this, an actual person, working late to sort what I suspect was an anticipated issue. That's as good as it can get, right? And the map is lovely. So, five stars, and Happy Christmas one and all!

I guess I've been a bit of a plum and naively believed the Christmas delivery times as advertised on the website. Ordered on 11th, as of 19th shipping hasn't been fulfilled. Just checked the trust pilot review and seen this happens all the time. Now time to panic buy some replacement gifts. And do the futile battle for a refund. Note to self, never buy from unfamiliar websites advertising on social media, they're all super dodgy.

EDIT: I recieved a response from the company shortly after posting this review. I was informed my order had been 'upgraded to first class' and was due to ship out today. It's easy to conclude that if I hadn't posted this review and got in contact with them, my order would definitely not have arrived in time for Christmas as advertised. It *has* arrived today, so I've changed my review from 1 to 3 stars, but I'm still not very impressed.

Placed my order 14th December and it is still pending.
The website states if ordered before 19th December it will be here by Christmas.
Where is my order ?
They have now replied and are sending it out first class as they admitted there had been a delay. thank you

I've bought several different maps for people as gifts and they've all been absolutely thrilled with them. I'm heading towards retirement so I'll be getting the bucket list print very soon so I can look at all the things I haven't done yet and start planning my time! Ordering is easy, delivery is quick, the maps are brilliant and I can't recommend highly enough.

Bought a set of maps great value, these were used whilst on holiday when they really came very useful. The same maps shall be on future holidays in the years to come
