Bought a Byredo perfume as a Christmas gift. Spray was defective and no response from the seller after complaining. Potentially a fraudulent operation. Will be contacting local trading standards and police if no further contact.

Placed an order online but it was never delivered. Tried emailing from 2 different address, called the number and messaged the number but no response. I had to go through the bank to get a refund.

All reviews say same thing its an absolute disgrace prying on innocent people. I have not received my perfume , can't contact company .

Ordered some aftershave on 16/12/24 and still waiting…..had tracking info but all communication attempts have failed. £65 down the toilet 🤬

This is a fake company, I ordered a perfume before Xmas and still haven't got it , called my bank to report it and found out subscription payment was set up by this cowards ,you should block them for future payments , do not buy or fall for their cheap craps.

Same as previous scam victims, I ordered perfume, nothing arrived. Sent numerous emails on website email and order form email but no replies. Numerous phone calls which say leave message after the tone and there is no tone?
If you need anymore proof, put their company address 40 Ayno Crescent, Northampton, NN2 8JY, UK into google earth. It’s someone’s house on an estate.
Annoyingly, their website is still up and running, and people are still being robbed, as your credit card bank won’t do anything for 30 days to give them a chance to fulfill orders, meanwhile they're raking it in.

Cause bank told me,they used my details. To open up ,a monthly subscription,which i didnt. Check, call your banks ,if you didn't use,safe Google pay. I can't change a review ,after that abuse. And before ,he said, iam faking my terminal cancer ,I had to ask bank, to open a claim,cause of this swearing. Posted it everywhere, they took it down from. Facebook. Why charge me monthly? That's scamming,the bank said.as a dying person,I have to get new cards and change all my debits ,as bank had to block them, from scamming me.i have photos.

Absolute scam!! Perfume arrive a week late , bottle leaked so badly it destroyed the label, this was bought as a present which I couldn’t possibly give!!
Emails bounce back, never answer phone despite leaving multiple messages.
Eventually went to bank to make a claim!!
WHERE DO YOU THINK IT IS OKAY TO SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY THEY WORK HARD FOR??

Awful. Ordered some perfume at beginning of December for £70 for my 11 years olds Christmas present. Nothing delivered and zero contact despite many attempts.

Not cool. If you can’t fulfil orders, don’t advertise and do not take people’s money.

Stay away from the company. The perfume I ordered was a def fake! I have tried to email them and the emails bounce back and the number just rings out!

Put my order through on the 15/12, recieved confirmation email and also email from Evri to confirm they were waiting on the order but my order still hasn't arrived. I even recieved an email from the site asking me to review my order even though they haven't sent it!

I tried to contact them twice but their emails just bounce back, chat also is useless and no one seems to be on the other end!

Purchased perfume Christmas present for my wife on 16th December said delivery would be 1 to 2 business days received order no plus delivery number for evri. Item never arrived. Several emails later and left several messages no response. WHAT A SCAM do not buy from these people wish I had read the reviews lesson learned.

Total scam. You won't receive any goods from these scoundrels. Won't answer messages & email bounces back from Microsoft. Report them & have them shut down 😡

I Received Perfume and have to say packaging made it look like the real deal even the bar code stacked up. I eagerly opened the package and sprayed expecting to smell my favourite Perfume haha. Considering I had bought the Perfume instead of the toilette I sprayed what can only be described as the most watered down version of a really bad dupe which lasted all of 5 minutes ! I should have stuck to my mantra “If it seems too good to be true, it probably is”. Do not buy from this company!!!

Placed an order for two items got 1 which is fake they don't answer emails or phone don't buy from this lot of con expects

arrival at depot and never changed. Tried to contact company by phone and email. Email was returned saying not delivered. Phone rang out.

Perfume came fake Tom Ford, tried ringing as the items atomiser/spray wouldn’t work therefore couldn’t use it, upon looking the bottle & packaging is fake, I’ve other Tom Fords & this is nothing like original packaging etc, emailed & phoned but surprise surprise no response/reply/answer. Came in a box with home printed piece of paper which had been cut around the edges and scrappy bits put bk into the box, definitely not a proper invoice as it wasn’t even cut straight!! . Contacted my bank who will claim money back. AVOID AVOID!!! Do not buy from here & tell others!!

As I am reading these 1 star reviews, how I wish they were visible before I placed my order. I too am a pensioner and am housebound, so I rely on shopping solely online for my families Christmas gifts. I thought this was a little too cheap but I went for it after reading the positive reviews that the scammer has obviously put there himself. I was filled with dread day after day and I kept phoning the number given every day but nobody ever picked up. I can’t believe I fell for this 😔

After seeing reviews after purchase I thought I had been scammed, so bought the real deal for double the price. Wasnt expecting to be sent the perfume from supplier but was sent tracking info and lo and behold my order actually arrived!
I got the YSL libre intense perfume. It has arrived and was boxed all looking like the real deal, unfortunately when I took out the box the YSL sign was off of the bottle. I’m not sure if it’s the real deal with defects or a bad copy that’s fell to bits on transport but will find out when the real one arrives and be sure to post another review.
