I really appreciate MASI and their entire line of great products for the anti-aging community. The products feel premium to touch and take, in my late 40s and starting their supplementation cycle made me feel as if my life was still ahead of me rather than behind.

After tracking my bloodwork for three months on NMN and TMG, NAD+ markers improved which resulted in around a 10% increase in endurance for my cardio sessions. Combining this with intermittent fasting gives visible results that shine outside of paper, you can tell these compounds actually do something metabolically meaningful.

I have bought Masi NMN and Fisetin several time. They really made a difference. Honestly, I did not believe their claims when I bought them first.

Actually I was surprised with the quality of Masi supplements. Yes, they are not cheap, but this is what quality is about. German quality did not let me down.

Can’t comply with import regulations. Collected money in August. Still haven’t delivered product in mid-October. Only updates I am getting are prompted by my inquiries.

For me it did not seem to work. Took for several months last Spring and during that time developed an aggressive form of anal cancer. Ended up in a 12 hour surgery and a colostomy. Maybe if I had started it sooner it might have made a difference.

GREAT product but an ecological disaster.

Each jar is made of thick glass and plastic. Do you have any idea how long that jar will sit in the garbage dump for ????

I am surprised MASI is so ENVIRONMENTALLY UNFRIENDLY.

The product is excellent and the product container is a nightmare.

Clean product

I have written a question to the e-mail address provided on the website, stating that I have chosen an annual subscription to NMN supplements in April 2025. According to the information published on the official website product should cost 152.57 EUR. Over the course of three months, 185 EUR was deducted from my account each time.

I would like to know what the difference of 28.43 EUR is, are the shipping services the same?

However, I have not received any difference in the letter I submitted and 185 EUR is still being deducted from my account. Therefore, I am dissatisfied and am considering terminating the agreement, although the product is suitable and I like it.

I have been using these products for over 3 months. They are not providing any better results than the much cheaper version I was previously using. Also, most subscription services alert you prior to sending the next shipment so you can make any adjustments. Thus one does not.

I would like to discontinue this product as I think it is too pricey for no more than I get. Not the quantity but the ingredients.

Please cancel my subscription

I did NOT order this again. I did not like the way they taste. Why did you charge me again? Return my money and do not send me this again.

The Masi Longevity and Reservatrol products are of great quality. I am in my 60’s, and have felt a difference within the month of taking each one. I feel more clarity, focus, and much sharper! My skin even feels different in a positive way!
What makes my experience great is the customer service. I wanted to get my monthly subscription earlier every month, and the following month it was done! There was no back and forth e mails trying to get what I needed! This is a prideful company, and a company I want to deal with!
