We recently used Mason Structures (George and Tim) to provide an urgent assessment and calculation for various internal wall removals. They did a great job fitting us in and returning full specs (all around the Christmas period) so we didn't lose any time. Couldn't fault their level of professionalism. Would recommend.

Tim was recommended by LAJ Architectural Design, to assist with structural calculations for works on a Victorian house in Leamington Spa.

I met Tim on site at my house for the first time. He took time to understand the requirements of his brief, and made helpful suggestions. Throughout the process of structural calculations he communicated frequently both with me as the end client and also with the Architectural Technologist.

Tim has significant specialist knowledge on requirements for period property renovations, and clearly enjoys his work and is passionate on achieving the highest standards.

Throughout the lengthy process of design preparation with supporting structural calculations, for submission to local Building Control, I felt involved in the progress of the submission as it was being prepared.

I have no hesitation in recommending Tim, and his colleague Lee, for any input required in period property renovations, whatever the scale of the project.

Used this company to provide measurements for a steel beam in my residence. They provided a competitive quote, were available the next day and sent the completed plans within a week.

Really had no issues at all, fully recommend!
