The complete professionalism. Job well done. Knew exactly what was needed and done to perfection. Clean and tidy. Happy man made me feel happy too. Had a smile throughout, had all the time for any questions I had and explained in a simple way I understood. Would recommend any day.

We had an excellent experience with Masper and would happily use them again. We contacted them after suddenly losing electricity on the first floor of our house, with no idea what had caused it. Their engineer investigated the issue very quickly and was able to identify the source of the fault almost straight away. It turned out that birds had been getting into the property through the bathroom ventilation outlet and had damaged the electrical circuits.

Masper carried out the work professionally from start to finish. They opened the ceiling where required, repaired all damaged circuits, replaced the ventilation pipework, and fitted new external metal grilles with metal mesh to prevent parakeets or any other birds from entering again. It was a difficult problem, but they dealt with it confidently and efficiently.

This was not our first time using Masper. We had previously used them for other electrical works, including replacing a fuse board to bring the installation in line with current building regulations, and also for a boiler replacement and servicing at another property. On each occasion, they have been reliable, knowledgeable, and very professional.

What we appreciated most was that after carrying out the repairs, they also made good the damaged ceiling and walls so well that it looked as though nothing had happened. Everything was left very clean, tidy, and in good order.

We are extremely pleased with the service provided. Masper clearly has a wide range of knowledge across electrical, ventilation, and heating works, and they deliver what they promise. We would definitely recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future.

We recently had Masper install a Daikin Multi+ air conditioning system with hot water cylinder at our property, replacing our old boiler and giving us heating, cooling, and hot water from one system. After one month of testing, I can honestly say the system works really well and has made a huge difference to the house.

The ability to control everything easily from the phone app is a big advantage and makes daily use very simple. We also asked them to make our bathroom towel rail smart-controlled by phone, and to add another heated towel rail for drying shoes, also controlled from the phone. They installed Shelly devices for this, and it has genuinely made life easier.

The team clearly has excellent technical knowledge and skills, they explained everything properly, and most importantly, they not only did exactly what they promised, but they over-delivered. We are very happy with the installation and would highly recommend Masper to anyone looking for Daikin air conditioning, heating, hot water, and smart home control solutions. The team was professional and very friendly, they were so time efficient and kept a spotless working environment, cleaning up after themselves. Masper has truly enhanced our home to the point we have asked them back to do additional works rebuilding the decking in our garden and constructing custom planters.

When my heating broke down on a freezing evening, Masper sent an engineer out the same day. He arrived well-prepared, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the system back up and running in under an hour. I really appreciated how calm and professional he was—it made a stressful situation so much easier. He also explained the fault in plain English and left me with useful advice for avoiding future issues. It’s rare to see such efficiency combined with genuine care for customers.
