Massive Marketing Reviews

I searched for someone on social media to build my company a professional website as the one I had thrown together with no knowledge of websites was awful!
Lots of recommendations for J so I decided to put my faith in him…. I was not disappointed! Brilliant communication all through out the whole process. Patience with me when I took ages to get back to him some days when work was super busy, clear instructions on what he needed and also the research this guy must have done to know everything about our company’s services is truly appreciated.
The website looks perfect. It’s the exact colours we wanted, it’s got things that make it unique to us and it just looks incredible. We are so pleased with it. We will 100% recommend going with these guys.

I have recently worked with James, he has built my website. I have had an excellent experience, James is professional, reliable and responds quickly to any queries.
He was patient and made amendment after amendment but we got it right together!
Thanks James I look forward to working together going forward:-)

What can I say?! Absolutely over the moon with my new website!!
At first, I was a little nervous as to how the whole process would pan out, purely because I was so in the dark as to what 'look/feel' I was after.....but once I presented James with my product.....he understood immediately which way to go......in order ro achieve the right vibe/feel.
He continued to present me with regular updates and feedback.....sharing his progress as he went along, so that I could get an idea as to what to expect......and make changes accordingly
Communication with James was 100%.
I went into this project with no clue of what to expect, but with James patient & professional approach, and his attention to detail, I soon felt reassured that my project was in the right hands.
I am so very happy with what he has produced, and can't wait to share my new website with future clients.
I would have no reservations in recommending James to help you in your future endeavours.....his attention to detail is second to none.
Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou James.
I am one happy customer!!! 👌👍👌

James helped set up my website. I am a novice to media platforms and all it entails. James guided and answered any questions I had and allayed any fears.
There was some to and fro regards changes I wanted and James was quick to get these done.
I am so happy with my website and experience in getting it set up.
James was communicative and courteous throughout and I will definitely use them again.

James was fantastic. I’m so delighted with the results of my Website so much so I asked him to do some more pages which he did it a very reasonable cost. In fact cost wise the value for money and the work he did was incredible for the price. He worked extremely quickly and efficiently in fact quite often asking me for content to include in the website. I’m absolutely delighted with his work he was very personable engaging. I can’t thank him and his team enough.

James from Massive Marketing has designed my company a top tier website. From start to finish James has been spot on with communication and shown dedication to finish the project. He has shown exceptional customer service and his experience has been so helpful to guide me through the process. I would highly recommend Massive marketing to anyone.

I’m very unhappy. My name is Mickala Company BU Nails & Beauty. I paid James to complete my website. I have tried to contact him for a few months and he has been avoiding my calls. My domain will expire in 4days I currently have no website all information has been lost The domain was currently purchased, by Spaceship he didn’t give me any password for me to fix this situation. I have spoken to Customer Service and they’ve stated that it’s down to the hosting. He said he was going to give me the password and he never did but yet theres recent reviews for this year so you’re currently still active but left one of your customers in this situation.
If you didn’t want to work with me anymore, what you should’ve done is made sure that I had all the correct information just in case any thing happens to the site.

I need my website back. otherwise, I’ll have to take this further.

From the outset James was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He helped me to get the website I had hoped for.
His work was great and even sorted out a few issues with the domain company for me. I am very happy with his work and with the final website.

James was very professional and highly recommend

I had my website created by James and couldn’t be happier. He got my social media all up and running too as I didn’t have a clue. Highly recommend

A great positive experience from start to finish. James kept in touch throughout the build process via WhatsApp.

Mine is a family history website not a commercial one but James has still put in a huge effort to get it just right. No jargon, always returns calls on time and delivers on schedule. Highly recommend the Massive Marketing team.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the website James created for me. The quality of his work far exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, he was courteous, patient, and extremely professional, taking the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and making suggestions along the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. The super quick result is a website I’m genuinely proud of. I would highly recommend James to anyone looking for a reliable, talented web designer who truly cares about delivering truly great work.
