I’ve had photocopiers from Mastercopy for years, and the service has always been absolutely outstanding but this latest visit really deserves a special mention.

Engineer Lee Stanyon was an absolute pleasure to deal with: lovely, friendly, and incredibly professional from start to finish.

The level of care and attention hasn’t changed one bit. Lee went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly, taking the time to explain things clearly and making the whole process completely stress-free.

It’s rare to come across such genuine, old-school customer service these days, and it really makes a difference. And as a bonus, he even kindly “helped out” by eating the biscuits I don’t like which I’d call exceptional service on all fronts!

A special thank you also to David in the IT team for his support and patience in resolving a tricky connection issue between our systems and the copier remotely, his help was very much appreciated and made a real difference.

The whole team are great examples of outstanding customer service, and an absolute credit to Mastercopy, thank you again.

Lee was brilliant! He came and sorted the problem & was extremely helpful & friendly. whenever we need help with the printer he is out & fixing it as soon as he can. he explains what has happened with the printer & lets us know how it is sorted. 10/10 service!!

Both Steven and Lee were extremely helpful in removing the old equipment and installing the new. They made sure I knew how to use the machine and gave hints and tips about how to use it more effectively

We use Mastercopy for our office printer and on Friday at 4.30pm a fault developed where we couldn't print anything off. We called Mastercopy and they were very fast to help us and sent someone out straight away to sort the issue. Great service and fast acting, especially late on a Friday afternoon :) would recommend this company as they are very helpful.

We have a good long standing relationship with Mastercopy. Their customer service is second to none with quick call out times and a can do attitude. Lee in particular is a complete star and without doubt our favourite :) We have just signed another three year contract and look forward to working with the whole team again and seeing Lee when ever we need him.
