These approached me unsolicited on my first day of trading, they knew exactly what they were doing, lied about other company’s prices to make YORKSHIRE GAS AND POWER seem the cheapest supplier, complete and utter lies, told me my dyslexia ‘wouldn’t be an issue’ as the contract ‘wasn’t something I needed to read’ within 1 minute 53 seconds the contract (which I wasn’t made aware was what I was signing) was sent over and signed, 1 minute & 53 seconds!! But of course they do not record there phone calls…red flag in itself, AVOID AVOID AVOID

Very satisfied with my purchase. Panels arrived quickly, were well packed, and everything was exactly as described on the site. Great, fast service and smooth communication.

Polecam firmę, transakcja przebiegła pomyślnie, towar został dostarczony w 2 dni pomimo że na stronie była informacja o terminie realizacji 5 dni. POlecam

This company’s employees just ignore you. You call the number listed on their website, send emails, and if you are lucky, they reply that they will get back to you with an answer. But they never do.

I ordered some solar panels, paid for them, and only then did I read these negative reviews. So I was skeptical about whether I’d actually receive the panels. It took almost two months, but the order finally arrived. Fortunately, I didn’t need them right away, but considering the price, it’s okay. Communication with the seller was fine.

The company sales people do ignore customers, several reminders over the phone and email do not work, they continue to ignore you. Escalation to their managers/mother company does not work, nobody cares.

Aug 17th I bought a Deye inverter... And canceled the order a few hours after as I by mistake had chosen the wrong freight method. Even though it was a 'pickup order' they made a withdrawal of the money right away (around €1700)

MasterEnergy.eu haven't paid back the money and they don't even reply on my mails anymore.

Don't ever trust those guys...
