I had the same experience as everyone else. It is a scam! The order took 2 months to arrive. The product was wrong. They made unauthorized charges to my card. They offered a 20% refund that they never gave. They are a scam!

After original delivery and payment of product the company continued to bill my credit card 6 times without ordering or receiving additional product. After 6 attempts to contact the company without success I had to commence a dispute with my credit card company for reimbursement.

This company is a complete FRAUD, will make unauthorized charges to your account, you will not receive products, just a total scam. I notified them about unauthroized charges and kept getting the run around on them "researching my account" and "assuring my issues were of the upmost importance to their company" and all I have to say is they are LIARS. I

You will wait forever for this product, because the company ships it from China via regular mail, and the customer service team is HORRIBLE. They performed a classic bait-and-switch, shipping me the wrong order, and the brush they sent was clearly a cheap item from a 99-cent store, not as advertised. To add insult to injury, after getting the entire order completely wrong, they only offered a 20% refund in a cynical attempt to keep the rest of my money. HORRIBLE! Buyer beware!

1st I want to say never got the chance to use the product. I ordered 2 corrector item and did not get the actual product I asked for. Messaged them for a exchange and they ignored that completely and recommend giving me 50% back. I explained to them I would understand that if I got my accurate product and didn't like it then I would appreciate the 50% but for them to mess up and I take the lost is crazy. Yes I sent pictures that I got the wrong product. Also, I guess I signed up for a membership. I tried to cancel on the web and with the person I communicate with via email. The website said it will cancel after billing period and the email person said they will cancel it. They have taken money out my account 3 times now. End up changing my card number. Matchcosmetic is definition of a thief. I have proof of email communication, order detail and wrong product receive along with the multiple money being taken from my account.

Just like the other reviewers, I wish there was an option for zero stars.
I ordered at the beginning of August for a product that was repeatedly advertised on FB or IG and they charged me right away. I have been charged twice more since then and haven't received any product. Today I had to cancel my card and dispute all charges. Its a scam! Beware!

An absolute scam. Paid allot of money and received a different product from China which costs $5.00 on temu and SHEIN . What is going on here. I am reporting them to my bank and try to get my money back.

Horrible company! Bots continually sending the same response. Charging weekly for a membership that was never authorized. Had to cancel my credit card and dispute 6 charges. Never received the product. This is so fraudulent Instagram needs to remove the advertisement

I would give this so-called company negative starsif I could! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I placed my original order in June and paid for expedited shipping. When I didn’t receive it in the time promised I cancelled the order but never got a refund. I alerted my CC company and they refunded the amount so I thought I was done. OH NO-I then started getting random charges a month for $34.99! Upon emailing them some fictitious person named Gerald emailed back with some BS that I was in their VIP club! Huh? I never received even 1 product from them. They did refund 2 of the 4 bogus charges but I’m still fighting with them and it’s infuriating! If they don’t refund me, my CC company will. I finally figured out I can block them from ever charging me again, thereby avoiding the hassle of canceling and getting a new card. So, if this is happening to you, which I can see is happening to many of you, call your CC company and have them blocked!

I was alerted for potential fraud by my credit card company. Repeated attempts to charge my card monthly. Product, if received at all, was not product as advertised.

Match Cosmetics does not ship your order and will keep charging your credit card. SCAM! It is easily rectified if you report it to your credit card company. Don’t just give up.

Beware do not order from this company if I could give them a negative hundred stars I would I ordered one thing and I will not stop charging my credit card!! they’ve charged me twice this month! what a scam! I’m going to report them to the Better Business Bureau

They are a scammer they charge me $35 every month and I don’t get the right color that I place an order. Order in mid June didn’t get it 8 week later and charge me when I place an order and than July now Aug. I call my card they are investigating. Awful scam company.

I never ordered anything- simply visited the site from a targeted ad and they got my cc information and charged my account multiple times a month for months. I emailed the company over and over again disputing the charges to no avail. Eventually I had to cancel my card and get a new one to stop them from charging my account fraudulently

Zero stars!! I ordered what I thought was WestMore Beauty, turns out Match cosmetics used the same packaging and color. It took weeks 2 months to get the order, I paid $44.99 for the product. Match cosmetics continued to take money from my account on 3 different occasions $34.99 each time. A few days ago I received a message showing I had an order being shipped! I did not order any additional product. My bank is looking into these charges and legal action will be taken! Do not order from Match Cosmetics!!! Scam!!

DO NOT order from this company. You will not recieve merchandise and you will have a very hard time ever getting refunds, if you ever do

ZERO stars. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering but I thought I was ordering Westmore Beauty products. This company calls themselves West&Month. Their packaging is exactly like Westmore Beauty. They somehow "intercepted" me when I was doing the Westmore color analysis and I unknowingly ended up paying West&Month, not Westmore. After 2 months I received the product, and it is horrible. The brush is limp and useless and the product itself is the color and consistency of glue. Absolute garbage. I am in the process of disputing the charges as there is no order slip or information to help me with a return and the phone number on the outer packaging is invalid. As other reviewers stated, they also charged me twice - once for $44.90 and a month later for $34.99. Total scam!!!

I never received items I purchased on 8/7/2025. (I’ll include order number attached to purchase which is 99862) Any and all attempts to contact this place to get a refund has been unsuccessful. Their telephone number is a Google number- RED FLAG!!! This “business” is also not acknowledged by the Better Business Bureau- meaning it
Doesn’t exist!!! You are better off reporting to ReportFraud.ftc.gov don’t give away your money!!!!
