Schlechter geht es einfach nicht !

Man hat eine ganz eigene Definition von "Customer Service" - denn diesen gibt es definitiv nicht.

Kauf am BlackFriday 2023 - Rücksendeantrag am 4.12.23 gestellt - am 21.12. dann nach mehreren Mails die 1. Antwort. Ware dann am 28.12.2023 retourniert - einen Monat später die Bestätigung, weiter 6 Wochen später und nur mit PayPal-Käuferschutz das Geld zurück erhalten.

Fazit:
Definitiv mein letzter Kauf bei Matchless - der Ärger ist es nicht wert.

NEW CRAIG BLOUSON MAN NAPPA bestellt und auch eine Bestellbestätigung bekommen!Nach einer Woche per Mail angefragt wann die Jacke denn ankommt.
Keine Antworten vom Verkäufer auch nicht nach einschalten von Paypal.
Erst durch Käuferschutz von Paypal mein Geld in voller Höhe zurück erstattet bekommen!
Das ganze Prozedere hat vom Bestelltag bis zur Erstattung 24 Tage gedauert!
Ich kann diesen Onlineshop auf keinem Fall empfehlen!Kundenservice nicht vorhanden!Eigentlich Null Sterne!!!

Matchless Customer Care informed me: “The money is currently on hold by PayPal. WE NEVER RECEIVED YOUR MONEY. As a matter of fact, we have contacted PayPal to transfer them back to you.”

There are lies going on here now.

PayPal informed me in a personal conversation today that Matchless London had of course received the full amount, Matchless London never contacted PayPal.

Shame on you, Matchless London, someone is lying in your Matchless Customer Care. You definitely lost a customer, who owns 7 Matchless jackets.

Keinerlei Antworten über E-Mail. (Anrufen braucht man gar nicht erst versuchen wenn man kein italienisch spricht). Man wird einfach ignoriert. Egal ob man Englisch oder Italienisch schreibt. Kein Retourenlabel, keine Pick-up Retoure möglich. Ich habe eine Jacke die mir nicht passt und auf der ich scheinbar sitzen bleibe. Tolle Jacke, unterirdischer Kundendienst. Sollte ich die Jacke einfach so zurückschicken? Dann habe ich die Jacke nicht mehr und mein Geld ist auch futsch. Leider waren Stützpunkthändler in Deutschland auch nicht sehr hilfsbereit. Nie wieder Matchless London Onlineshop!

Horrible after sales service. Be careful purchasing anything from the Munich store. They sales talk you that they are one of the best brand in business but will intentionally sold you a damaged jacket which cost Thousand of Euro and leave you hanging. Make sure you inspect the jacket or any items you buy from them are brand new and no damage inside and out. Too bad Mr Akbari was a nice and convincing salesman but totally fail in after sales service. First time heard of this brand and will never buy this brand again. They tried to say they are in par of the big high end brands out there but can't compared when it comes to quality and after sales service.
So I wrote a message to their Official website regarding what I encountered. A customer service reach out to me promise to rectify and replace the defective jacket plus a $200 coupon. I was very happy but again disappointed bec it was a lie and they never did.
Even a Chinese app "Temu" has a better after sales service than them. Maybe if I was one of the famous actor that's promoting their products they would have treated me differently. Stay away from this brand.

Made an order 60 days ago, no updates and zero replies from customer about shipping date. They wont answer any email nor phone calls. I'll have to pursue a refund through the credit card company I purchased the jacket with.

They make fine jackets, but the customer service is terrible. Emails are left unanswered for weeks. If everything goes smooth and you are shipped the right item in the right size than fine. Otherwise, need to babysit them and chase and follow-up to process a return

Return customer. Bought a jacket which is great and received it promptly. Few months later bought a second one announced on a flash sale. Two months later no news and started emailing. No replies until I mentioned a refund. Then a half baked reply about delays in production, but a vague May order fulfilment promise. Asked for further updates in May and no response until I raised this with my credit card provider. Then a vague response on same delays. Once pushed told ‘a few more months’. I have been refunded. What’s most irritating is that at no point any humility or attempt at an apology. Cold answers by someone who either doesn’t understand what customer care means, or doesn’t care. Businesses that operate like this don’t last.

Ich finde es sind wirklich tolle Jacken. Habe mehrmals Online bestellt und es war auch alles gut, bis ich eine Jacke, weil sie zu klein war retour ging. August 2022 war das. Im Dezember habe ich mir einen Anwalt genommen. Stand März 2023, immer noch kein Geld.
Finger weg von dieser Marke !!!

I ordered a ebike almost a year ago. They have yet to deliver it and they only responded for the first few months if I harassed them. Now they don’t respond at all. I asked for a refund 4 months ago and they have yet to acknowledge any of my last 7 emails. There are many reviews online about their aweful customer service and theft. You would have to be an idiot to order from this company at this point.

Jacke für 3000 Euro bestellt. Produkt war fehlerhaft und schlecht verarbeitet.
Habe Jacke zurück geschickt. Kommunikation mit Matchless katastrophal, nach 2 Mitteilungen nicht mehr vorhanden.
Habe Geld nur über Paypal nach einem Monat zurück erhalten.

Secondo me le migliori giacche di pelle del mondo le fanno loro.
Un’esperienza che la famiglia dietro questa azienda ha maturato negli anni, prima ancora di rilevare il marchio Matchless. Ed oggi esprimono il Made in Italy con prodotti di altissima qualità, sia nel colpo d'occhio, sia nei dettagli.

Nel mio caso avevo acquistato online una giacca Fokker, bellissima ma purtroppo non mi stava bene. Restituito il prodotto, ho ricevuto un rimborso totale.
Il servizio clienti molto disponibile ad ascoltare le mie esigenze.

Sarebbe bello se almeno per un paio di modelli iconici, potessero proporre anche taglie conformate per chi ha bisogno di abbigliamento lungo ma non largo.

I prezzi di listino sono alti e commisurati ai materiali utilizzati ed alla manifattura nel lavorarli, ma per fortuna durante l’anno capita qualche offerta.

i bought a jacket I don't like it then sent it back. I've been waiting for a refund for 2 months now...

Beautiful product but the size was too large for me. Tried to contact the company to return the item since they offer complimentary returns (or so they say) and could not get anyone to respond to my repeated messages. I tried for over 4 weeks to get a hold of someone by email, over social, on the phone, nothing worked. Eventually came to the realization that I was stuck with the item and would have to sell it on the secondary market. It's a shame they can't get their customer service in order as it would be an amazing company if they did!

Personalmente mi sono trovato molto bene, ho acquistato una giacca fokker dallo store online ed è stupenda, c'è stato un piccolo ritardo della consegna dovuto al corriere ma l'assistenza clienti mi ha assistito benissimo e tutto si è risolto perfettamente!

Also, es geht hier um die Retoure, bzw die Handhabung und Wertschätzung eines poteniellen Kunden. Jacke bestellt- viel zu eng und viel zu klein gewesen. Einen Tag später zurückgesendet und per Email die Retoure angekündigt. So weit, so gut. Erhalt ist dann auch bestätigt worden und es ist angekündigt worden, dass mein Geld in ca 14 Tagen spätestens wieder aufm Konto wäre!
Selbst nach 4 Wochen war nichts zurückgekommen. Nach weiteren 8Wochen wurde von mir Paypal eingeschaltet und selbst dann dauerte es nochmals 4 Wochen bis Paypal(NICHT Matchless!!) den Betrag erstattete!!
So geht man nicht mit Kunden um!!!!

Disgraceful company, complete con, you receive faulty goods. They do not respond to emails or messages.
Ignorance a its best they take your money and send out reject goods.
Please do not waste your money

One of the worst customer experience I’ve ever had, steer clear of Theo’s company if you want to save your money

I bought a Matchless Shearling jacket of FB Marketplace and I have to say it’s excellent. I was planning on buying another online but after reading all these feedbacks I certainly won’t do it that way. Thanks to everyone for sharing their experiences. I think it’ll be a trip to the shop in London if I do get another. Although it feels like this company doesn’t deserve my business tbh.
