If I could rate this no stars, I would. Same as all the other reviews. Cheap, crappy jewelry arrived. I tried to return it and was offered a 15% discount. I insisted on returning and paid quite a bit... Toon meer

Deceptive website - cheap quality product!
THIS IS A BOGUS COMPANY. THIER BOGUS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS IN MID-NOVEMBER HAS NOW BEEN CHANGED TO A "WINTER SALE". THERE IS NO SCARCITY OF PRODUCT. EVERYTHING HAS THE SAME AVAILABILITY AS IT DID IN MID-NOV. RETURNS NEED TO BE SENT TO CHINA AT A COST OF OVER $100. I ordered nine things from Matilda and Milo. The chrome plating started wearing off of the moonstone ring after only 4 days. The other pieces are much cheaper quality in real life than the photos. For example, the "vintage worn turquois" earrings - there's nothing vintage or worn about them. The "turquoise" looks like some sort of blue plastic.
Website only includes the good trust pilot reviews.
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. They are not who they portray themselves to be. These items are not handmade by "Matilda & Milo". I have ordered about 5 pieces when she announced they were closing their site. The items are poor quality, cookie cutter, not handmade, inconsistent sizing. They're website states free returns within 30 days. That is NOT true. To return the items they are to be returned internationally to China. There is no phone number on their website to call, only an email address. There is no USA address listed on their website. They are strictly a Chinese store pretending to be a USA store. I truly believe there isn't a Matilda & Milo. it is a scam. They keep sending me emails with special offers. Interesting, they are still promoting their items when she is supposed to be clearing out her inventory. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY.
DO NOT BUY! This is a follow-up to the Sharon…
This is a follow-up to the Sharon Duncan company "retirement scam." Same jewelry. Same website format. DO NOT BUY. The jewelry is indeed gorgeous--for about a month. Then the coating comes off, and you're left with brass, nickel, or whatever cheap metal they use. That's about long enough for the "warranty" to expire, and you're stuck with junk jewelry. They ship from a foreign address, and it takes several weeks to arrive. DO NOT BUY.
Matilda and Milo Jewels
I absolutely LOVE my new ring from Matilda and Milo Jewels. I have bought several items and more are on the way!! This is my favorite new favorite jewelry store.
Deceptive and predatory marketing…
Deceptive and predatory marketing practices from a company located somewhere in China posing as a US brick and mortar store. No response to my email below!
Matilda is a fictitious US business owner. She and her store do not exist!
Never received the jewelry that I know from reviews here and other platforms is from China made with poisonous lead :
Refund $ 169.42 USD immediately!
I am furious! Although the tracking shows that my order was delivered from a carrier, nobody has ever heard of, it never arrived!
I don’t want it! You are scammers!
The tracking from the order I never received confirms that this garbage comes from China.
I ordered this jewelry from a US based brick and mortar store, claiming they were going out of business.
Included in the screenshots in the PDF below, are screenshots of other US customers reporting your illegitimate business to the United States Better Business Bureau. Upset US customers are also reporting all over the Internet that your items are leaded junk and are not handmade as advertised.
You should be ashamed of yourself preying on Americans!
I am a United States attorney. If I do not receive a refund immediately, I will file a police report, report you to the federal trade commission, take all of these documents to my financial institution to ensure they report you as well and exhaust all other available legal remedies available to me!!!
Your deceptive, predatory practices will not be tolerated!
DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE FROM THEM,ITS…
DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE FROM THEM,ITS A SCAM.
These are not even jewelry, they are cheap crap from China and do not look like the pics on their websiteI tried to return one that I bought and I never got responce, even if they say 30 days return policy.
STAY AWAY
The cheapest jewelry I have ever seen
The cheapest jewelry I have ever seen. Good thing I have a six year old to give them to. Would be embarrassed to give to an adult.

Complete rip off and nothing arrived as advertised
Complete rip off and nothing arrived anything like the pictures. It's a total scam and should be reported. It acts like a company out of the UK but when you go to file a return its to China and we have the pay high customs fees for the return. Total scam and I would never recommend them.

Don’t waste your time or money
So sad and frustrated with this company Matilda & Milo, and their junk jewelry. It took forever to get a ring I ordered (not realizing that it was coming from out of the country) and then it didn’t fit. They only offer an email address, which I got a quick response from, but as others have mentioned, they only ship in and out of China. So even if you want to just make an exchange. They make it super hard for you to do. The cheapest shipping charge is $15 which is almost half of my original charge…so it didn’t make sense to pay that extra to exchange. And the ring looked so cheap, nothing like their marketing. I took the discount they offered to keep this worthless piece of junk, since I really couldn’t do anything else. So don’t waste your time and don’t believe the hype of some cute grandma and grandson whose time has now come to close their doors…all a lie. Some are calling it a scam, and I can see why…just leaves you with a bad taste. I’ll never trust any online purchases like this now.
UPDATE- after submitting this review, the company responded that they wanted to help further (and posted that on this platform). When I wrote them back as they said I should do to help me further, here was there unhelpful reply:
Upon checking, it shows that we have already issued you a 25% refund as compensation for the issue, and there’s no need to return the item. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if there’s anything else we can assist you with.
Best,

I’m still stuck with a ring that they know I can’t use, and that 25% they refunded, which sounds like so much, was $8.73. So I’m still left in the same boat as I started, a very dissatisfied customer. Read the reviews, this is not a good company to do business with.

SCAM
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!
Do not purchase anything from this vendor!! As mentioned, return is only accepted once they have it delivered somewhere in China and they take their hands off once the package gets stuck at Chinese customs. Thank you for teaching me an important lesson of not buying online anything I haven't seen in real life.
Total scam
Total scam! Beware of this company the jewelry is complete junk. False advertising is used to make it look like these are American made products. They are Not! They are made in china and it’s junk!
DO NO PURCHASE ANYTHING IN THIS PAGE
DO NO PURCHASE ANYTHING IN THIS PAGE. First of all the pictures and the real pieces are nothing alike. The quality is low and the finish is terrible quality. MADE IN CHINA
If you decide to return it be prepared to pay for a shipping to China. BTW they never disclose location. 30 days hassle free return is a totally misleading statement.
Matilda Milo is not who they claim to be
Matilda Milo Jewelry is a scam. The jewelry is super cheap looking and if you need to return anything goes to China and you have to pay for your own shipping. Even though it says only shipping in the United States they do not operate here.
Epidemy of false advertising
Epidemy of false advertising. The slick website suckers people into wasting their money on absolute junk. Seriously, Walmart has better quality, and less expensive, costume jewelry. None of the pieces I received are "handmade", the "natural stone" in one pair of earrings are plastic, one pair of earrings came without ear-wires, rendering them unwearable, rings don't look like what was ordered, "gold" looks and feels like plastic, and delivery takes forever. It's almost embarrassing donating such junk to Goodwill. I gave Matilda & Milo the benefit of the doubt, as well as over $200, I regret doing so.
Ring Size Not True to Size, Returns to China
I purchased two rings size 6. I always wear size 6. Both were too big. I wanted to return them but discovered that I would need to send them to China which would cost over $150. Not happy about that since I didn't pay $150 for the rings. You should not have to return items to another country when they were shipped from the US.
NOT real gold
These items are not real gold, or the stones they say they are. The real jewelry store in my town said they're probably chinese. Complete ripoff. DO NOT SHOP with these people. This is the third website name I've seen them use to sell fake stuff.
Received a ring that looked completely…
Received a ring that looked completely different from the picture. It looks cheap and ugly. Don’t buy from here. I want a refund.
Total Scam
I ordered some jewelry I saw from a Facebook ad on September 6. On September 10, I received a shipment notification, and began eagerly tracking it. For WEEKS, it was "In Transport to Next Facility." I thought this was a bit unusual, but I also know the USPS has its challenges. Then when I tracked it a couple of days ago, the tracking information said it was seized for counterfeit postage. I reached out to their customer service for a refund. "Chris" said he was reaching to the carrier to see what was happening with the package. I requested a refund again. More jibber jabber from "Chris." Requested refund again. Then "Chris" said he had resolved the postage issue and I would be getting my jewelry soon. At this point all trust is lost. I don't believe "Chris" and have again requested a refund. From my experience, this company is a total scam.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. After having a previous issue I went to the Matilda & Milo site specifically to check on their delivery practices. They 'claim' to use FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL when IN FACT they use 3rd party carriers like "YinYin" who will leave your package anywhere to be stolen; in my case, I live in a high-rise and they managed to get into the building, which is the hard part; only to leave my package in the lobby, on the floor, where someone obviously stole it. And Milo? They want ME to go after the carrier THEY used to pursue a claim ... THEY NEED TO REFUND MY MONEY
