Just wanted to say a big thanks to Noel and the delivery guys at Mattress Micks.
Noel is an old school gentleman and very helpful in a relaxed ,non pressured way.
Helped us out in every way he could.
The delivery guys were super too , they took all our old stuff away and kept in touch the whole way.
I would defo buy from Mattress Mick again anytime.. Simple and human experience like how it used to be years ago.

Was looking for a small double bed and so I chose mattress mick cause of their great reputation Noel is terrific I just got out of hospital and told him I couldn't do it myself he waved the 50euro charge to do that for me he went over and beyond to help he a kind compassionate and very professional man I would 100 percent recommend them and the bed is amazing! Thanks to the delivery guys they great to😬

I purchased a mattress
( Cashel Mattress Firm - 5' King ) on 19th March from the Coolock branch. There is a huge selection with prices to suit every budget. The salesman was very informative & helped us decide on the one that was right for us.
Our mattress was delivered on the Monday by two very nice guys, Paul & Adam. They couldn't have been more helpful. Went out of their way to set mattress up ( roll up type) & take away packaging & old mattress. I really appreciated that as my husband and I would have been unable to do it.
So thank you Mattress Mick for a very positive experience
Oh yes, the bed is extremely comfortable too 😊

Phoned mattress Mick regarding the mattress l ordered, spoke to Adam about my order he was extremely helpful and sorted out the problem. He should be awarded Salesman of the Year Frances.

Noel was very helpful when I was getting a mattress for my daughter and showed us options for my budget I had ! We took it away there and then and daughter was super happy

Rang Mattress Micks on Friday, spoke with Noel who was so helpful & engaging. Noel sorted beds & delivery within a half hour & the beds were delivered the following day in Munster.
It was all so easy, affordable & very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this business.

Went in to buy a mattress yesterday. Asked Sales Assistant Adam to advise me. He was extremely helpful. He was upbeat, enthusiastic & professtional. He really knows his stuff. I chose a mattress with Adam's help/advice, & left the store feeling that I had been treated like a 'valued customer'. Also, about a year ago I bought a double bed & mattress from Mattress Mick and again I was very happy with the customer service I received. The lads there are always so

I visited Mattress Mick 6/1/26. We were assisted by a lovely gentleman called Noel who really knows his stuff about mattresses and beds. He was very helpful and we purchased a Malaga Mattress in the Faith & Ethan collection, a bed and headboard. We were promised delivery on the 9th. The day before we received a phone call from the delivery man confirming he would be arriving between 11am and 2pm. They arrived as promised and brought everything up to the room and were so pleasant and helpful. We had a great experience from start to finish dealing with this company and their wonderful staff. I would highly recommend

Bought 2 double beds. Both irish made. Exceptional standard and was ready within a week.

Ordered Mattress from Mattress Mick , delivered on time & it was soooo good I spent the next 13 hrs in bed !!
I even got to meet the living legend ! Couldn’t recommend highly enough !!!

Very poor experience at the Carlow store. Ordered a bed and mattress in October and they the told me it would be a week. Then they never updated me and when I called them they said it would be another 3 weeks. Its was too late. I told them I had family arriving before christmas. Really unpolite staff too. steer clear of these timewasters!

Great to deal with, very professional and knowledgeable staff. Went out of their way to get our order quickly delivered and delivered by two lovely lads who were very helpful. Would recommend highly for anything bedding.

Noel and the team were very helpful, offered us great advice in selecting the correct mattress. Great value and would highly recommend!

The Staff price and comfort of the matress

I had a fantastic experience with Mattress Mick, especially thanks to Noel, who went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. The delivery was super fast and I couldn’t be happier with my new beds and mattresses. The delivery team arrived exactly when they said they would, handled everything with great care, and even helped set everything up quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Mattress Mick to anyone who is looking.

I ordered mattress in July/D12. It supposed to be good quality. After 2,5 months of waiting - no mattress. No call from the shop as well. When I came to check is everything OK, they offered me a cheaper one 😆 No Thanks.

Carlow store. Paid a deposit for 2 beds & mattress, went in the following week & they had no record of deposit! We had the receipt but he didn't have the beds in stock. Went in the following week to pick up both beds & he only had one. He said the other wld be back in stock in a week. Went back in a week & still no bed. It was another 3 weeks before we got it. Awful set up and customer service, and not even so much as an apology!

I had the misfortune of buying 3 mattresses from mattress Mick’s at the Carlow store. I paid for the 3 mattresses and then the salesman said he didn’t have them in stock. I left and he followed claiming he had 2 of them. I loaded them and he said the 3 would be ready in 3 days. It took 5 weeks to get the 3rd and no apology or any form of responsibility accepted. The mattresses are only poor enough quality, probably imported from china. This is definitely the worst experience ever, staff were awful, quality poor and service was deplorable. I’ll never go back. You say that you are a different company but whose name is over the door. Take down the name if you are a different company.
