I received the wrong product, and when I contacted the company, they claimed their inventory showed the correct item had been shipped, despite me clearly receiving the wrong one. They initially offered a $4 refund, then increased it to $7. However, I was told I’d have to pay for return shipping in order to get a refund, even though this was not my mistake. Horrible customer service overall. I would not recommend this company!

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! I ORDERED WHAT I THOUGHT WAS TARTE COSEMTICS AND THEY SENT A FAKE AND NOT EVEN THE SAME SHADE THAT I WAS ORDERING. NOW THEY WANT TO GIVE ME $9.00 FOR A $38.00 ORDER! DISGRACEFUL!! AND TOOK OVER A MONTH TO ARRIVE!! FAKE FAKE FAKE

Do not buy from this company. Total SCAM! They advertise products from brand name products then MONTHS later send you some off brand crap!!!’n

Big Scam, placed an order on December 11/2024,I was charged with a whole different amount,still haven’t got my package and costumer service keeps sending me the same automated message. Steer clear from this fraud!

If I could give Mature Idea a negative star review, I would. I ordered Tarte under eye corrector using my Apple Pay and it took forever to get the product. Once it arrived, it's not even Tarte; it's something else entirely by the name of EELHOE, and in a completely different, unusable color than what I ordered. The total was to be $26.58 (including shipping) but they charged me $33.22. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, not gonna happen. Stay away from them.

I ordered #2 medium/tan under eye concealer and they sent #1. I contacted customer support and sent them a copy of my order and a copy of the box they sent. They said they checked and there is no mistake. They always start with send a pic of tracking # and sku # from envelope. (Which I had already put in the recycling bin.) Then they say they didn’t make a mistake. Then there are delay tactics like the picture isn’t clear etc. (which it was). I launched a complaint through PayPal and attached copies of the emails and picture of produce and the company responded exactly the same way as support. Send copy of sku. They operate under different names. They will falsely advertise on their website that they don’t have any complaints. They say it ships from a local warehouse but it comes from China. All marketing. Any reputable company would send a replacement or give a refund.

Order item and never received it. It is a scam.

was charged twice for same product. paypal was used both time .When checked with paypal they were no activity in my account??? Dec 30,2024 and january 8,2025 and no product received. UPDATE: GOT THE PRODUCT SMALLER THEN WHAT'S SHOWN

I placed an order on December 25th but have not received any information regarding shipping. Website for support did not lead to support. No order number. No phone number. I have no idea how to reach the seller for information. Frustrating. I will never order from Facebook or Instagram. This is the second bad experience I've had.

0 stars ! A total scam. I ordered makeup on 12/9/24 and like others still don't even have a tracking number. They respond to emails and claim their shipper delayed the information.

I ordered some makeup from them, no tracking, order says unfulfilled, cant find order. They keep telling me its in its way. Its almost there. Be patient. Been two weeks. Every company I have ever bought from, had some kinda tracking or even the order says something other than unfulfilled. Will never buy from that scam company again.

I ordered the Boom Boom nasal sticks on October 17th they kept telling me they were coming what I received on December 17 was some knock off brand this purchase were through Paypal and they are not backing the purchase either.

I ordered matureidea filter primer from them but after a long wait they sent me some garbage cream which is not what I ordered it provided me tracking number which didn’t work at all I wasn’t able to track it down they are big big scam company please be aware of it

Well is my first time ordering from this company meet media company or whatever it is and I ordered the night Rider bracelet with a skull on it and yet I still have not received my package and I ordered it a month ago. They sent me a receipt saying they took the money out of my account my account Made me aware that the money was taken out of my account and yet I still have not received the merchandise so I ordered that I paid for also they never sent me a tracking number. They sent me an order ID number they have my address they have my phone number , I just I just want either of the merchandise or my money back. I’ve even told them that if I don’t receive my product that I ordered from them or my money back that I will go out for them legally I keep on getting a computerized message back and one of them happened to tell me that a human would get in contact with me while I’m still waiting for that and that was three days ago , and also when I go to type a message in on after I tell them that I’m gonna go after them and illegal sense, it says illegal sentence shows up says illegal correspondence or something like that. I am very upset. I am very irate. I either just want my money back or I want the bracelet that I ordered , but so far this company I’m starting to feel as a scam of fluke and they’re just robbing people

I placed an order on 2/14/2024. Today’s date is 3/16/2024 and I have not received my product yet. There seems to be no way to contact this company either. And their support email doesn’t come up on a search page.

Over one month and still waiting for my package I now have thoughts that this companydid me wrong I placed my order 12/8/23 and now today date is 01/9/24 this
