i made a payment of 250 dollars on 30/04/2024 and after speaking with their consultant withdrew the amount on 01/05/2024 but no reply from maunto regarding my withdrawal since then. initially they called repeatedly for more deposit but now they dont respond. If this is how maunto operates cheating people we should be careful of such companies and report to Sebi and concerned authorities

It has been 8 days since I applied for withdrawal but hasn't happened yet I had messaged them multiple times and chat isn't happening. Cake stopped coming after I came up with withdrawal request. Unclear if they even want to do withdrawal. I hadn't traded a dime with them and this experience makes me think it's best for others to not to do so too

Maunto is, 100% scam. They are a bunch of fraudsters. I (Account No. 79843) had deposited an amout of 250 USD on 28/04/2024. Although the total amount deducted from my credit card was approximately 275 USD. But within 24 hours I went through the reviews and decided not to invest in Maunto. Accordingly I opted for the withdrawal of my money on 29/04/2024 morning. I had received several phone calls from their end pursuing me to a few trades, but I simply refused to do any trading in their platform. The withdrawal status 'Approved for payout' and also below it is written ' can take upto 24 hours'. But I have not received a single penny of my money. I am dejected. I would request everyone not to invest in this cheat company. They operate from Africa and have agents who would continue to lure you. Don't fall into their trap. 100% cheats.

Myself, Nilanjan Basu, trying to withdraw but there is no proper process for withdrawn. It seems from all reviews that it is difficult to get back my money.
I have already mailed to support team but don't receive any response. Excellent customer experience.

Sir I have started account on 28th April , I am first time using such trading and all but there is no call from maunto for any help .If joining amount U250 can be returnable then please return to my account 79871 .

This is a sophisticated fraud. You will lose the money you invest as though you made losses in trade.

The question is not whether it is a registered company. But how the money invested with you disappears through trade.

I had declined your offer for refund of amount with a condition that I withdraw my review.

I maintain my views.

They are big time cheat, I cancelled my registration without making any payments, their behavior is very unprofessional.

It's not a real trading platform. They take your money and show you profits at first and when you want to withdraw it they make it look like you're liquidated and siphon off your funds and steal your money. If you are a victim of this scam file a complaint with cyber crime immediately.

Edit: The link they posted about legal in all the replies including below shows they are under a fake company based in Saint Lucia. It's even more clear it's a scam now.
They pretend you have profits first then get you to put in more money and pretend you lost it all after stealing your money.

I have lost my 5000usd in the blink of an eye. i did not login for 4 days and then my account shows refill margin money for trade. my account manager is also not reachable till now. wrote emails to support team from maunto but they also did not help.
its the most pathetic way of cheating people of their money. first they sweet talk and win your trust. once u invest, they swindle the money and vanish like thin air. never trus these guys... they are the worst in the line of scammers

Had a direct bad experience with Maunto. They had charged an exorbitant fee in the name of 'inactivity' for just 2 weeks of not using the account. Also, the customer care team spoke very shadily and the 'manager' himself spoke to convince us to stay and not withdraw the amount. Which regulated brokering/trading platform does that? I have seen quite a few of them from my own experience and this is the worst basis my own experience. Can back this up with proof as my earlier review was taken down calling it 'defaming' and 'illegitimate'. Which platform does that?

My strong impression is that the platform is extremely scammish and has terms and conditions layered with unfavorable points to the customers and favourbale for them to loot money from the customers!

My name is Agnishwar Datta,this is my first experience with Maunto I have given withdrawal request, it's been around a week now,there in no revert on that,I have written 4 mails to maunto but no one bothers to revert,this is my first withdrawal & I m facing such a pathetic experience, how can someone trust on this now

It's a scam...the number mentioned on their website is only for show.

I was asked to deposit $250 on the 7th of April, the day I joined the network, I was then assigned a so called account manager who asked me to make a few transactions the following day and since then, the guy started pushing me to invest more to get more profits. These guys are a bunch of unprofessional liars who'd promise you the moon but won't even call you when promised, and obviously they don't have a number where you can reach them.

when i reallised these guys are what they obvoiously are, I made a request for withdrawal on the 16th of April and till date I have no update on when I should receive my funds.....

I am going to wait until tomorrow before I raise a complaint with my bank but for those who're considering to go ahead with them, STEER CLEAR.....

Seriously disappointed from the core. Firstly assigned to a manager NAUMAN after the first call as he was completely dependent on my investment he is not ready to give his time to explain the basics to start trading. Then the new manager Sameer was only guided in first call again came back to the same conversation of investment. With all these confusion my deposit amount of 250$ was keep on reducing. I was eagerly waiting for the guidance and writing emails to guide but NO RESPONSE from almost 1month. due to some wrong move atleast I can get back my little deposit amount but by waiting for there call from almost 20days and lack of response from them my deposit amount came to zero. Atleast with some proper guidance I would have get my half of the deposit amount but MAUNTO is only concerned about investment without knowledge how we can invest huge amount tell me. Repeatedly requested them to call and wrote many emails to help me to get my deposit amount and I was also ready to invest if i get some confidence by start trading with this amount but nobody helped me. I’m really disappointed. With lots of dream I have invested the amount, but nothing came back.

I initiated withdrawal of $250 on 11 APRIL2024 at 15.03. Today is 16 APRIL 2024 but till now payment has not been initiated. I need money so whenever I open the relevant site it appears " Pending review " and "approved payout" but not moved an inch since the initial position. The Indian companies make pay out the same day or maximum the next day.

Have invested $250 as a beginner.Since I didn't want that trading,They agreed to refund my investment & They reimbursed the $250 Just now.Thanks for their Professionalism🙏

Total scam - with the pretext of hand-holding and screen sharing the three individuals who were supposed to help me made me keep on investing successively every day for two weeks until they cleaned out all my accounts including making me take a huge loan as well as using up my available balance from my credit card. I only received 200 and 300 dollars back in two instalments and then suddenly my account became high risk. There was a total of $ 24,000 invested in my account and when they found I didn’t have any more means left or availability from family or friends my account suddenly went into negative of - $ 3,400 and the next day it was zero. Have written several emails to all the links provided by them but no solutions or responses were received. In case Maunto can help this old 77-year old woman to recover some amount would be helpful for survival as I now have an outstanding balance of INR 18 lakhs to pay against my credit card as also a personal loan of 3.5 lakhs from a friend.

I am a total novice as far as FX trade is concerned. The knowledge imparted and the handholding done by the senior Accounts Manager Sh Irtaza Ali has bolstered my confidence. The results so far have been amazing, hats off Sh Irtaza’s sincerety and his patience with lack of knowledge.

Mr Andriel has been very supportive from Day ! & always gives his expertise very very patiently. I have joined very recently into this community, yet to make any revenues here, but i am impressed with Andriel & his approach with the clients.
i would believe that he continues to extend his support to me & would stick to his commitment of helping me make good passive income.
I wish HIM & the company MAUNTO All the very Best & look forward for a Mutually Beneficial Long Term Business Relationship

But unfortunately Mr Andreil has proved to be otherwise in His Commitment to Support Me and I've lost lot of Money due to this negligence.
Anyway still I wish him Good Luck and request all the Innocent Investors to be Careful with their Amount
