If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered some shirts and they never came. Maverick refused a refund saying it was not their responsibility. I am still disputing it with my bank 5 months later with no hope in seeing my money again.

Also claim that there all this American brand and one of my products is coming from china can’t wait to see how shit quality this is

This must be the biggest joke. I ordered 2 weeks ago and was hyped af for my shirt and hoodie. I got the hoodie today, fit and quality is miserable. Whilst they send u an email, that u would make a difference, this is the worst quaility i have ever recevied. It wouldnt even be fair if this piece of trash was 20 bucks. I hope i,ll get back my money.

Ordered 3 Men's Medium Long Sleeves - every single one is a completely, dramatically different fit (some fit like a women's small, some like an oversized medium, some short.... zero consistency). No response from customer service despite sending them a super nice email.

Should've read the comments on their Instagram before ordering.

To be honest, I should have done some digging myself before buying anything from maverickclo.com. The no return or exchange policy is a massive red flag, and I should have stopped there. I ended up getting two shirts, the price tag for them is steep, especially once you get your order and realize the quality. We’re not talking shirts used from a reputable shirt company, we’re talking cheap, and the tags that do exist on the shirts say made in China, that’s it. There’s no brand company name of the shirts being used, just made in China. My long sleeve fits like a small and it’s a medium, and my tee fits ok as a medium. But I can’t exchange the long sleeve, and for $64 for it. It’s a rip off. The quality is not there, their marketing is good to push the product out there, their designs are fun. But by no means is the sizing accurate, or the quality to be what you’re expecting with the price point. The quality of materials used are cheap.

Scam company. Cheap quality t shirt- it’s definitely just from Temu. Poor printing and mark down the middle as per all the other reviews for t Shirt purchases. Avoid.

Whilst the quality of products is good the fit is unfortunately terrible. Usually a thicker material would be a positive but as others mention the cuts are extremely boxy and unflattering. If you’re considering ordering definitely down size. The only style I’m happy with is the hoodie but otherwise I would exchange the t-shirts and especially the joggers they advertise all over Instagram. I got my usual size, read the description but when I tried them on they looked entirely different to the website photos. Just way too long and baggy, the heavy GSM doesn’t help and fits quite clownish. I can understand a no return policy but with “made to order” of a basic style and at this price point, an exchange should be possible. I’d happily pay for return postage to get back a size I’d be happy with. Just seems even more wasteful than made to order as now I have to try selling them or donate them. Instead they offer a discount on next order which obviously I won’t be using… basically wishing I looked at reviews before making a purchase 😭

I made an order before reading the reviews, and once I read the reviews I was absolutely terrified as it was a big order.

After this I decided to email the company, highlight my concerns, ask them what their current lead times were and what reassurances they could give me that I would receive my order.. an let me tell you they did not disappoint. Within 24hrs I had received a personalised response, not something generalised and automated. They acknowledged their reviews and why I was concerned and assured me I would receive my order as soon as possible.

Well today I received my order and I am genuinely so happy. It arrived so quickly and I love the items I have purchased!

Whilst I appreciate others have not had the same experience, from my own I would definitely order again.

Please know I was not paid or asked to write this, it is my genuine experience, as I wanted to show that some companies really are worth the benefit of the doubt and learn from previous mistakes and errors.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Don't Order!

1) Fast Fashion. Their website says "As an American Heritage Brand Maverick doesn’t do fast fashion." This is the definition of Fast Cheap Fashion. The items are made & shipped out of China. The quality of the shirt is horrible & the images are screen printed. Complete waste of money.

2) Sizing all wrong. They say their clothes are boxy & oversized. They're just huge.

I will say, there marketing is genius. Put hot girls in just the shirt so you can't see how big the clothing is. Oh, and then let's throw a filter over it so you can't see how cheap and low quality the clothes are. I guess sex sells even if you're selling cheap, fast fashion.

3) Costumer Service is horrible. They take days to respond and what you get is an automated message that doesn't even answer your question. They won't let you return anything because the items are "made to order." They're made by the Chinese Factory is what it is. Instead they offered me 15% off the next order. No thanks, if i want to pay for fast fashion I'll go to SheIn because it's basically the same thing.

Congrats, I'm now the proud owner of $200 worth of rags, but that's all the good your clothes are.

I ordered two t-shirts over a month ago and have not received a single update since. I contacted them and received a response the next day however it has now been a week since that correspondence and I still have no update on my order. Seems like this site could be a scam.

I bought 2 shirts from these guys. Spent at least $100 they’re not cheap, but they boast quality. The day you get a 10% discount for signing up. I did that and tried using code many times, didn’t work. Reached out to them about it, never answered me back. When the shirts got here one of the shirts had a manufacturing stain down the front of the shirt. I reached out to see if I could be sent a new one, since I did like the look of the shirt. They refused. Instead they said they could give me a partial refund on that shirt. When I said I’d rather them just send me a new shirt they said it’s not in their power to do that! So if there’s a stain or defect they will not send you a new one. The other shirt I bought which was for my gf was Def NOT worth the price. I won’t be using them again unfortunately. Cool idea, awful execution customer service wise, and way too expensive.

This company is a scam!! They claim to have a 7 day return policy. Upon requesting a return immediately when I received my two T-shirts, they stated they would not offer me one because items are made to order. Per their website that’s not the case. Both shirts were EXTREMELY thick material and the sizing was super off and inaccurate. I had to go through the Better Business Bureau to get movement on the issue. Also of note, they operate and send their products from a Jamaican NY Detention Center… thought that was rather intriguing/ odd as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Absolutely appalled by the customer service I have received from Maverick! My t-shirt did not come as advertised and they have refused to accept my return with rude and unhelpful emails. Ignored me for long periods of time leaving me weeks without an answer or explanation. The fit of clothing is not as advertised or seen online. Do not buy from this website

Bought three shirts, quality is fine but it's overpriced. The scam is "custom made" to prevent returns once you realize that it's coming from China and will take 3 weeks to deliver. Deceptive marketing to sell overpriced Chinese garbage. Avoid

I was really looking forward to my order, but unfortunately, the shirts I received were of very poor quality and didn’t fit at all as described, despite carefully reviewing their sizing guide. When I reached out for a refund, I was met with a flat refusal, citing their “made-to-order” policy—even though the issue wasn’t preference but product quality and inaccurate fit.

To make matters worse, their only offer was a 15% discount on a future order, which feels more like a dismissal than a resolution. I’ve now spent money on items I can’t wear and can’t return.

Buyers beware: there are no refunds, even if the product is subpar. I would not recommend this brand based on my experience.
