I attended this in person training session with the hope to understand if there are better ways to use LinkedIn to engage with customers, especially new contacts, and the session didn't disappoint!
I came away with a list of changes and objectives to improve my profile and approach when contacting customers both new and existing, and Dave Falkner and Kurtis Cheah delivered the session in a very engaging and though provoking way. They clearly know a lot about the subject matter and were able to adapt and answer all our questions quickly.
I would highly recommend both Maverrik and this training for anyone wanting to improve how they use LinkedIn for business!
