For me it was a quite good experience with them. Unlike others I don't find any faulty in the product...Happy with the purchase.

This is definitely a scam
I scammed by Movezo on Instagram
After too many emails I received a pair of sh… in plastic bag more than two weeks later!
There is no way to return this garbage!
Absolutely waste of money and time!

Everything others have said is true. Advertised as suiting wide feet, but not so! Arrived in plastic bag with no paperwork or return address. Attempting to use the "contact" tab useless as email address not recognised.
Waste of money.

Would be a zero if that was possible, Not a French company, shoes are made/sent from China.
Mine never arrived - due to poor customer service from EVRI deliveries. Repeated complaint e mails never responded to.

These sandals were comfortable, but took ages to arrive (from China not France) and were a total waste of money. They fell apart within a month of light wear. Not fixable! I don't think they can be described as ‘orthopaedic’ at all.
When I tried to comment on their Facebook website I wasn't able to, which suggests their wonderful reviews could be fake.

The website was very professional, sandals looked good quality even zoomed in, this is definitely a scam, the sandals you see are NOT the ones you receive, it shows links with Paris, but these come from China, stunk of plastic when opened, made of the cheapest rubbish they could get, you wouldn't pay a £1 for them, and even though they say returns, no one ever replies to emails and there is no return address! they just ignore you! can't believe there is nothing that can be done to stop these crooks, but it appears so... I was so trusting I bought 2 pairs as didn't know if the 4 or 5 would be correct size thought I could send the other pair back... so I've had to put both in the dustbin, couldn't even give them to a charity shop!

Do not use this company as there is no way to send them back and emails are not answered!!!

Like everyone else, wish I'd read all the reviews before ordering. Exactly same has happened to me though I have received the sandals after a 3 week wait but they are incredibly poor quality and unwearable.

Took four weeks to arrive and when I opened the packet a strong smell of glue hit me. They were in a 'paper' bag with an address in China????
Despite taking their advice about ordering your normal size (5) they were too small. Have tried contacting them via their contact page, IG, Facebook and email. No response. Wish I had read the previous reviews on Trustpilot. Never again.

And no indication of how to return them. No paperwork inside, either do not buy from this company.

I wish I had read the 2 previous reviews. Same happened to me, took money, no products and no response after emailing 4 times. According to tracking my sandals are still in China, had I known they were coming from there I would not have ordered in the first place.
