Terrible Customer Service Experience

Terrible Customer Service Experience

This morning, I arrived at 8:00 AM, but the doors were still closed. I had to wait more than 15 minutes before employees arrived. Unfortunately, the employees came in late and immediately displayed a terrible attitude toward customers.

All I needed was to have my tire repaired. Instead of addressing my request, they tried to pressure me into purchasing a new tire. When I specifically asked for the tire to be repaired, they refused to provide the service. One of the employees even raised his voice at me when I questioned the decision.

I ultimately refused to use their service and left.

What made the experience even worse was that when I asked the employee for his name, he refused to provide it. This level of customer service and professionalism is unacceptable.

I will be escalating this matter to corporate management because customers should not be treated this way, especially when simply requesting a basic service.

Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning or recommending this location.
