Disappointing Customer service and unprofessional
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this location on Mother's day May 10 th, when I cam in to purchase four new tires. The staff seemed unprofessional and communication was minimal throughout the visit. At one point, an employee appeared more focused on flirting with a customer and asking for her phone number than assisting customers and working efficiently. I also attempted to use a promotion that was advertised, but no promo code was provided on my check out documentation which resulted in me having to contact customer service separately to resolve the issue. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional, and I expected much better customer service. I also noticed the tires were left with uneven air pressure reading after service, which was concerning . I had to find the correct PSI myself as a women and deflate each tire to the recommended PSI.. Sooo annoying.. Poor service
