Turn me away with an APPOINTMENT
I set an appointment for a simple tire balance and rotation. Even asked if they could service my car since it is a Smartcar, Will the rep on the phone assured me...YES. When I arrived at the store, Mike the manager told me "We cannot service that car, it won't fit on the lift". I then called 2 other Mavis stores in the area and was told they can do it and Mike lied. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! I'm 100% sure even if he does work on a car, it will NOT be RIGHT.

I love going to Mavis in Wappingers…
I love going to Mavis in Wappingers Falls for all my car needs that can be done there!! Just went this morning for an oil change and got in and out very quickly. Christian was very helpful and knowledgeable about my car needs !! I won’t go anywhere else!!
