Everything was explained to me in a clear fashion. And while I got more than an oil change, my wipers worked better and the car braked better.
I'm glad I have Mavis helping me take care of my car.

We were staying in a hotel by mavis tire in for a wedding,2 hours before the wedding we noticed we had a flat tire Justin and his crew got us in very quickly and we are so thankful. In a case of emergency when a business goes out of there way to help we believe thats who you can trust to service your cars. Thank You very much Mavis Tire of Columbus.

Repaired my tire and did a tire rotation in a timely manner. Personnel were nice and friendly. Waiting room very clean.

I had 2 tires replaced on my car on a Saturday afternoon in Columbus, GA. Before I scheduled my appointment and had the tires special ordered I verified with the store that they accepted the Goodyear credit card. The Goodyear credit card has promotional rates where no interest is charged for 6 months. When my tire change was complete it was late afternoon near closing time. When they ran my Goodyear credit card the transaction did not go through. They tried several times but it never worked. They called the Mavis support line but they are closed on the weekend. I called the Goodyear support line and talked to them for quite a while where I found out that my card was still active, had an available credit limit of well over the cost of the new tires that I purchased, and that they were not seeing any transactions on my card, not even declined transactions. They told me to have Mavis call them from the store's land line and perhaps they could help. Mavis called, they tried a few different things, but they still could not get the system to complete the transaction. So now Mavis presented me with only 3 options at this point. Use a different form of payment (without a promotional rate), apply for Mavis's store credit card that has a promotional rate, or leave my car at the shop for the weekend until their customer care line was manned again. I offered to have them take the new tires back and put my old ones on but the mechanics had all left for the day and the Store Manager would not do it. I asked to talk to the district and regional managers but they were not answering their phones. I wound up having to apply for their store credit card just to get my car back which affected my credit rating and I should not have been forced to do that just to be able to leave with my car.

Do Not take your vehicle to Mavis tires on Whittlesey Road Columbus GA. I had appointment at 8:30 my truck was not ready until 1:00. Did not give me a rebate, nor match
the lower price I had Found at GMC dealership. They also lost my stem caps while doing a test drive that I had to replace. This was my first and LAST time I will ever take a vehicle nor recommend anyone to take their vehicle to them. PLEASE BE AWARE!

I always have a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. Customer service is excellent. They are willing to go the extra mile. I trust their work.

I am a long time customer and their customer service is one in a million. They always greet you when entering and if they are with a customer, they would say they will be with you shortly.
Then always thank you for your patience and then everything will flow in check in.

I came in a few weeks back, and worked it out with Brent to be able to come back over the course of some weeks to get an enormous amount of work done.

Not only was it all done, but it was done well, & did not take a ridiculous amount of time. Grateful for such a place.

Chana the manager, I called and spoke with while I was on my lunch break, whom was so polite and considerate even with taking my phone call. I stated to her what was going on and Miss Chana stated to me that I can bring my car in at my earliest convenience on the same day. When I arrived after work an hour before the closure of business, I stated who I was, and this awesome manager Chana and Mr. Rick and Mr. Brent took care of my situation immediately with little to no wait time and my car was ready to go in less than 20 minutes later. Thank you 🙏 Chana, Rick and Brent. Mavis you guys R-O-C-K!!!!!!!

Staff was very friendly, and courteous. Service was prompt.

The tire shop is great, easy to work with. Doing these surveys almost makes me not want to be a return customer though. I am not Gen Z, I do not feel the need to discuss every human encounter I have with some message board.

Time to replace tires, although still 4/32nds of tread, Ken found that the tires were 14 years old and unsafe. Found an appropriate tire and mounted, balanced, and aligned the tires and suspension as needed.

In and out quickly at quoted price. Friendly folks.

Kenny and the rest of the staff are always friendly and get the work done as fast as possible. I always recommend this Mavis to all my friends and coworkers.
