Horrible owner, constant cancellations
The owner Max is a piece of work.
Business is in MONTEREY NSW.
Came and installed an air conditioning unit for my bedroom.
Complained that his workers took way longer than they should have and spent the day there which he recognised was not my issue.
Promised a silent water pump only to put a standard one even though I was charged for a silent one and lied about it.
I had loud noise emitting from the water pump/unit an asked him to come back to see what was wrong.
FOUR MONTHS of chasing him with his continuous excuses of being sick, too tired from working in the sun, having a dentist appointment and any other excuse under the sun. As well as two no shows without explanation or apology leaving me waiting.
He was trying to squeeze me in after hours and refused to come out during business hours as to not lose other business time.
He caused me nothing but stress and grief.
Unprofessional, rude and inappropriately jokes.
I asked him to come back out again recently to rectify a problem for the third time and he rescheduled yet again on me. I have now submitted a complaint with Fair trading and we are dealing with him.
I would avoid him at all costs and don't lose your patience and time on him. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional.
