Payment system sucks rejected a capital one then submitted again and didn’t reject for 3 days before the item was sold out

We are sorry your order did not go through, and that the item sold out before you could complete your purchase. We know how frustrating it is to go through checkout more than once and still not get what you wanted.

We would like to explain what happened. Our checkout includes payment security checks that protect our customers and their cards. When a payment is declined and then resubmitted, those checks can hold an order for review before it is accepted, and that review takes time. These checks are about protecting your account, not a judgment about you as a customer. We are sorry that this review took longer than you expected, and that the item was no longer available by the time it was complete.

If you would like to try again, we would be glad to help you place a new order. PayPal is another secure payment option at checkout that often avoids card declines. You can also reply to any of our emails and our team will look at your order with you.

Received counterfeit product

Received counterfeit product. I have been instructed to go through the normal return process - maxaroma did not seem surprised or concerned that they are selling fake products.

Our team has guided you through the return process, and here is what to expect. Your return label is prepaid, so there is no cost to you for sending the bottles back. As soon as they arrive, our team will inspect them carefully, checking the batch code, the packaging and the weight against our sourcing documents. Once that review is complete, we will issue a full refund for the price of the fragrance to your original payment method on the same day.

We also appreciate that you kept the bottles in their original packaging and shared such detailed information with us. It helps us look into exactly which batch you received.

Everything went well except for my…

Everything went well except for my samples not being in box and when I contacted company in regards to missing , they stated they were in the box and would not send them out unless I ordered again. This was my first time and I'm not sure if Id order again.
