Never received a. Confirmation. Also when tried to reach them via messaging or whatsapp or even email. No response. I believe this is a fake website. I don't recommend it for anyone. Don't use it!! FAKE FAKE FAKE

All the dresses on this website look amazing. They also offer a large range of sizes. I finally made my choice and ordered a dress for the Eid which arrived on time. The dress is wonderful, tracking the dress was easy and status of the shipment was often updated via the app. It arrived quite quickly given that I paid for the express delivery. The packaging was also really cute.

The item is not exactly as it says.. Its not lined from the inside while in the description its says its lined so it does not sheer. Customer service is horrible. Im trying to contact so I can return the dress, no response at all . And custom fee are expensive!

I owe them a big apology for going off at them and mistrusting them. Instead they acted professionally and reassuring and made sure I receive my order on time. About my kaftan, I don’t know where to begin but i am honestly blown away. Everything was perfection from the slick packaging, the quality of the chiffon, the intricate bead work and the free earrings was a lovely touch. Thank you for your patience and delivering my item just in time for Eid celebration 🙏🏻

The picture looked nice online but when I received the dress the fabric and the way it was sown was bad. Didn’t like it. It looks very cheap and what I thought were crystals are actual small pieces of paper.

I made these purchase I'm disappointed, because I bought a dress not with velvet fabric, it is not worth as cost for the qualitaty and the work made , it is spandex / polyamide, and there is no zipper, it is too long as size XL3, it has not been shortened with the measures I sent ****, 29 cm in Italian (inpx 11.41) but the measure is 1.30 in Italian (inpx 0, 511) ...

Now I have to pay the seamstress 25.00 as well 28, 36 $ ( € 25,00 )....No comment

I sent in chat Karan my size as length width to compare and find the right size etc, but it wasn't like that, you had hurry, maybe to pocket the money, do not answer me in the chat ...

The pocket is too fast for arrive !!!
