3 weeks & no update!
I ordered a perfumes almost 3 weeks ago, sent multiples emails. Your team agreed to dispatch the perfume for free and since that, I have no news!!! It has been 10 days! If you are not able to provide the service, I would like a refund. That’s unacceptable. 3 weeks and still no perfume, for an order which was supposed to be delivered in store in 2 working days!

Can't wait to order again!
Absolutely amazing experience with my first order. Communication was on point and shipping was fast and delivered to our door. I'd also like to add we do not live in a city but a small rural town so that's a huge bonus.
Packaging was sleek and on point with the contents inside being well protected and obviously well thought out. As a bonus there was a gorgeous thank you card inside.
Will absolutely buy from them again and can't recommend them enough! Kudos to Maximum Fragrance for putting in the effort to show case their store and products with pride!

Order experience with Maximum Fragrance
I ordered a 100 ml bottle of Habit Rouge Rouge Privé from Maximum Fragrance. I ordered from from Maximum Fragrance because I was looking for a Canadian online retailer.
The price was $124 before tax and shipping, in the end it was about $155 Canadian. A really good deal.
The product arrived about a day or so after I placed the order-really fast! It was
well- packaged and secure. They even included a thank you card, which means a lot.
I will certainly order from Maximum Fragrances in the very near future.

HORRIBLE COMPANY
No trust to this company, they are selling items with wrong pictures then blame you that you did not read a description. The actual perfume is opened from the bottom and glued, now you can not return because it opened. Plus I am from US, the guy from “customer service” was trying to tell me that to send the item back will cost me more than return it. That means they are doing it with a purpose, they know you won’t be able to return it.
People who run this business are cheater!!!

We are sad to hear you feel this way. As we recall you called us over the phone and you were upset that you had received a “New Bottle” of Lolita Lempicka instead of an older bottle, you were not willing to listen to the sales rep and started using foul language. The sales rep at the time ask you to calm down so he could help you, but you then said that "you are lying because my friend order from you and received an older bottle" we also tried to explain that she choose the old bottle and you specifically choose to buy "New Bottle". As for the picture, this is our fault to some extent as we can't get to all of product that keep changing in time and because of that we have put up caption under every picture stating that "actual product may slightly vary from picture" and when there is a big change it is listed separately and clearly stated just was in your case.
In the review you claim that "it was opened" and we could not accept return, even though "it was already opened" frankly it doesn't matter if its glued or sticker together from manufacturer what matter is that you had opened it and possibly sprayed it even then we were willing to accept it but than
Your next issue is that the return would have cost more. Yes it would have cost you more in a sense, since the bottle cost you $50.34 CAD and the sales rep quoted you a return fee of $40 CAD ($20 shipping and $15 Custom clearance plus taxes via Fedex). At this you even offered to send the package at your expense but then you said you want to return other two bottles as well which you also had opened even though there was nothing wrong with them.
This is where the sales rep left the conversation with you. We can understand your frustration and wished we could have been able to help you better in resolving your issue or offer an alternative but we cannot ask our employees to tolerate unnecessary verbal abuse and we apologize to you that we weren't able to do satisfy you.
